Maddy opened her eyes and waved at N as she approached him. She pondered his question for a few moments.
"Well, I haven't really had much time to think about that yet, honestly." She began. "But, I used to be a criminal myself back in the day and a new life would be nice. I definitely don't want us to be the bad guys anymore, that's for sure."
She hoped that was a suitable answer, for now.

Nunctanemus wasn’t satisfied with Maddy’s answer, but it’d have to work for the time being. The man just hoped that Aqua’s new leader will come up with something good really soon, or they might risk the group disbanding. Hotel was nice for temporary HQ, but unacceptable as a permanent – or even longer term – solution.
“Well, I guess those things aren’t easy and you need your time,” Nun tried to reassure Maddy. “I just hope we’ll move out of here soon.”
“Any news about Dark?”

Maddy frowned slightly.
"Kalos is a completely new place to me. I'm not really sure where we could put a permanent base. Once we start exploring, I'm sure we'll find a suitable place, though."
She let out a sigh once he mentioned Dark.
"I... haven't heard from him. I guess he'll try and get back to use when he can..."

“Ok. I’ll be back in my room in case you need me. Or just call,” said Nunctanemus as he left the hotel lobby. If Maddy was so passive right now, he just had to use his contacts to check some things rather than leaving them for luck.

Maddy pulled out her TADS and started doing some research on the Kalos region. It was the only thing she could really do, right now. She wondered where the rest of the Team had gone off to...

Aram awoke outside at the pool, he had money for a room, but preferred being by the water as much as he could, and wasn't about to miss this opportunity. He stood up and let his Pokémon out into the pool to get some exercise, while he went in to enjoy the free continental breakfast.

Maddy glanced up from her TADS as one of their newest members entered the hotel through the pool entrance.
"Hey." She greeted him. "I didn't get a chance to introduce myself last night. I'm Maddy."

*Oh gosh* he thought in suprise. "I-i-i hadn't seen you sitting there" Aram said with a slight stutter "Forgive me...I'm still a bit shaken up over that attack, I didn't see everyone get off the sub, how many of us made it?"

Maddy gave him a reassuring smile.
"Everybody made it. We're all safe now."
She put her TADS away.
"Fortunately, we're only staying at this hotel temporarily."

A grumpy looking Gardevoir enters the lobby from the elevator. She had a hairband in her hair that had a shrunken Pokeball on it. He sighs as she looks around the room and begins wondering how she would get herself some food.

Maddy noticed Misery enter the lobby.
"Uhhh... Hey." She greeted Dark's Pokemon.
Seeing the Pokemon made her feel a little more hopeful that Dark may be back sooner than later.

Misery gives her a limp wave before turning to looks out the window. She seemed really angry, but apparently that was normal.

Maddy didn't really know how to approached the angry-looking Pokemon.
"Do you want to go explore the city?" She asked her. "There's lots of stores to go to and such."

Maddy stood up.
"I'm surprised you can't speak telepathically." She said to the Pokemon as they both exited the hotel. "Maybe we can find you one of those Pokeblocks that can give Pokemon the ability to talk while we're out looking around."
