Cassie took some breadsticks and began eating.. the food was wonderful. She smiled over at Chris..
"I didn't think you would go though all this trouble... but the notes were a little annoying and very clique.."
In her head she was thinking 'couldn't you come up with something original'.. but she wasn't going to out right say that since Chris put in all this effort.

*Chris blushed furiously as he poured Cassie water. He made one mistake after another tonight. He thought she'd enjoy something silly and romantic but the candles freaked her out and the notes irritated her. If he got a chance to he was gonna heave the guitar out the window before she noticed it.*
I needed some time to get this set up and thought the notes would a be a cute way to do it. I didn't think Kori would forget to tell you that the first one was from me.
*The whole squad had told him this was a great idea. Last time he ever listened to them.*

"Kori passes me notes all the time usually silly gossip stuff. So when are we going to have this ultimate date that you kept talking about? "
Cassie thought of this like Chris trying to drive her nuts day.I mean running around when she should be doing homework, having fire in her room, it just wasn't fun... at least he didn't write her some cheesy poem or song.

*Oh no...he had thought she would love all of this. Chris had miscalculated badly and wanted nothing more than to get out of there. What was he thinking? She was the daughter of a God and the champion of Aphrodite. She was used to certain things and he couldn't come close to her expectations.*

*Chris stared at the guitar on the bed as he hugged Cassie. He had learned how to play that stupid Train song. But would there be any truth in the lyrics? Maybe someone else could love her better. What a waste of time. There were probably a million tools out there learning to play that dumb song so they could sing it to a girl. Cassie needed one of the kind things. She deserved them.*
...I guess I should get this cleaned up.

Cassie goes with Chris into the batting cages..
"You see Chris dating is like baseball."
The machine throws him some easy pitches..
" Sometimes the stereotypically stuff works.."
The machine throws a fast ball..

The machine throws a curve ball

Cassie smiles..
"Look Chris I HATE chick flicks.. candlelight is only for couples who are so ugly they don't wanna see each other... and music is best without words. I'm the type of girl who loves playing sports, or air hockey or playing video games. I don't need the cheesy stuff because I already know you love me from the bottom of your heart. But please love me for who I am.. I may be a cheerleader but unlike the rest of the squad I love Futurama, Monty Python movies, and playing Street Fighter... much more then any candlelight dinner."
Fire works then start to go off and fill the sky..
