_Terribly_xxxxxxxx He watched her sit down then, listening to the small sounds of her drinking the blood. It was a pretty quiet night, the ones he liked the most. He yawned, showing off his perfect little human teeth, and then closed his mouth yet again. "What brought you here?" He asked, his voice slightly deep yet calm and content.
He took in the girl. She had a very fancy dress and her hair was perfect and a sweet color as well. He looked upon her carefully as to not frighten her, but then again, she might already be.

"Well um...it's crazy, but I uh...heard someone calling me, like a tune." Evangeline stared into the depths of her wine glass, and took another drink. She became aware of the tang after the second sip; blood. "How'd you know?" Evangaline flashed him a smile, gesturing to her glass.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas thought about it. He never remembered being called to this house by a sound or a tune, he wondered what she meant by it. Perhaps one of the many vampires who inhabited the place was playing an instrument or something, but he couldn't be sure. He watched her drink the blood, a familar taste coming into her eyes as she realized what she was drinking.
Luke observed a few things from her. The first was this Evangeline was extremely quiet, but seemed to be opening up. The second was she was very trusting. For all she knew he could have slipped something in her drink. Then again, that would have been extremely rude, and it was out of his character.
How did he know? A soft smile came upon Luke's face as he stared at her. He took one more small sip before he said in a soft tone, "This whole house is full of vampires, they come and go as they please. Humans, however, like me are trapped here. I could tell what you were by your scent. My sister..." He stopped short, his eyes widening at the memory. He closed his eyes briefly before opening them and looking at Evangeline again--no trace of thoughts left on his face. "I could just tell." He decided that was enough to tell her for now, and he was bad for opening up to people. He rather sucked.

"Okay..." Evangaline glanced at him for a moment. He seemed silent, almost pained by it. She gave him a sympathetic look, as if trying to reassure him that she wasn't the judgemental type and he needn't worry. "So, how did you end up here?" She asked. ((sorry it took so long, I was gone somewhere))

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas froze at the quesation, looking at her with pained and knowing eyes, seeming that he knew more than she did, or as if he went through a war. H =e cocked his head to the side for a moment, and took a small breath before closing his eyes and speaking.
"My sister and I were in these woods out here. I saw red. I passed out. I ended up here." He said rather curtly, not trying to be mean but somehow it came out that way. He closed his eyes again before he set his glass on the side table and stood. he held out his hand for her to take. "Would you like to stay the night?" He asked, although he knew what her answer would be.

"I think that'd be nice," Evangaline put her glass down on the opposite end table and took his hand. She pulled herself off the couch and stood next to him, stilll holding his hand. She looked down and blushed, letting go.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas smiled slightly and turned, leading her through the house. Some people would come out, but they paid no mind to the two walking through the house, mainly because Evangeline was a vampire. He led her to a room with a single bed, a dresser, and a bathroom. "Here you are..." He said politely.

"Thank you," Evangaline bowed her head to the man. He looked cute up close, where she could see him. He had white hair with bangs that covered one eye, giving a shy look to him. She walked to the bed and sat down. She was still a little soar from getting knocked down, but still wore a smile for the man.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas smiled and nodded. "Good night and sweet dreams." He said politely yet again, before taking her door and shutting it, yet leaving it open a crack. He then retreated to his bedroom across the hall and sat on his bed, wondering what to do. Perhaps the girl wouldn't be able to sleep, and perhaps she would go to his room to talk. He didn't know.

Evangeline sat on her bed a little disappointed at his swift exit. Did he not like her or something? She pondered this, then decided to find out. She saw him go to his room before across the hall, and she went and knocked on his door lightly.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Hearing a knock, Lucas turned his head to the door. It was odd, anyone ever coming to see him--except his sister. He stood then, opening the door to Evangeline. "Hello." He said quietly, staring at her.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas looked at her, his eyes searching hers. He looked into them, trying to find if this was some sort of trick. Then again, he realized he had not shared any information of his... had he? Thinking of it, she didn't even know his name! He gave a breif smile before speaking again. "What would you like to know?" He asked her.
