Kay-dash stopped in a dark alley breathing heavy after running for who knows how long. "This is going to take some getting used too." he said as he started to walk along.

Sai entered the interrogation room. He was carrying a large file of charges.
"So... Orphis and Koori, you are both charged with one count of interference of police procedure. Just a minor misdemeanor, and you guys are free to go."
Sai looked at Shadow, who didn't seem to have any second thoughts about what he had done.
"Shadow, unfortunately, you are charged with one count of attempted assault with deadly weapon, one count of interference of police procedure and eight counts of first degree murder. One count of first degree mass murder. You're in serious trouble, you're heading towards the electric chair. And don't think you'll be escaping this room, this room was specially made by a mate of mine, to prevent you from going anywhere."
The police had ushered Koori and Orphis out of the room already.

Deiciding that it might be ok to come out, Sakura emerged from the rubble, coughing from the dust and shivering slightly since rain was making her cold. There was almost no one left at the scene; the police and ambulance were gone. She sighed, and began to walk out of area.

"The chair again? Oh that's my favorite." Shadow said wit a smile and a chuckle. He was still just leaning in his chair.

Kay-dash made his way back to the scene to see if anyone was still there.
"Where's Rose when you need her." He noticed Sakura and walked up to her.
"Your From the Academy right."

"Right, you don't seem to be worried about the situation you're in."
Sai put the files on to the table.
"On top of those charges, you also have your previous record, but you're still a youth and they didn't handle you as an adult. However, this time, you've blatantly crossed the line. Actually, the government gave me the go ahead to kill you on the spot... torture you a bit too."
Sai grabbed his neck with his psychic powers.
"Feel that? You can't use your powers in here."

Sakura noticed the teacher walk up to her; she recgonized him from the school. "Um, y-yes sir." she answered. She knew this was the one who could produce fire from his hands, which made her a tad nervous since he attempted to set the machine on fire earlier.

Sai tightened the grip on Shadow's neck.
"You have three choices, die right here in this room. And we forget that you even existed. Choice two, you get thrown into a room that is nowhere near this physical plane, and you live there for a thousand years deteriorating slowly without food or water. And a special rule, you can't die, but oh you will feel the pain. Choice three, you work for the government, your life belongs to us. (And maybe I'll let you on some info about your parents)"
Sai released his neck.

Shadow fell to the floor. "My... parents..... Wait.. what happened to the 'mass murder' charge? You want me to work for you?"questioned shadow rubbing his neck.

"G-go back where? To the school or the scene of the crime?" She asked, since they were about smack in the middle between these two areas. Either way could be dangerous, but it would take about 2 minutes to fly back to the school.

Shadow thought about it for a while. "Work.. for the government?... I don't know.. choice number two seems kind of promissing right now." Shadow said without a hint of sarcasm. He ment it.
