Its not the classes that are hard but the amount of work that entails. Less classes but more work.

Anyways, I just found out that 2 of my girl cousins, that aren't married, are pregnant. I was shocked with one of them, the other one I thought she was joking. My cousin and his wife are having a baby that's due in oct, my cousin and her boyfriend are having their baby near nov-dec and my other cousin around january.

There's a huge baby boom in my family, but now I'm happy that there will be many babies around. biggrin

They asked me if I had any surprises on the way and I told them, No. I don't want to have a baby when I'm not married and I didn't plan it. But you never know.

Long live condoms. I'm not sure how I feel about getting preggers before getting married. I'm not entirely sure about being pregnant at all. I don't think I'd be ready for the responsibilities of being a mom...carrying a life inside of me for nine months just sounds like such an epic idea. I have a two year old sister, so I guess that's enough baby in my life for now. I think I'll adopt when I get married...having my uterus getting split open doesn't seem to be too charming. I don't know how much pain I can take. eek

Congrats on your family getting bigger, Para!

I agree with you, burden. I don't handle pain well, so I'm not sure how I'd take pregnancy and labor. However, I definitely want children, so adoption is the route I'll probably take.

Hello! New Ravenclaw crossing!

Okay, now the question: What are your greatest strengths?

Well, my greatest strength would probably have to be school. I'm a major bookworm and I'm pretty much a straight A student (excluding gym...yeah, let's not talk about it). And also my ability to stay calm in tense situations. I don't get totally worked up over something that'll probably turn out alright. I'm also pretty gifted in the technological area. I'm taking a web design course in school right now. It's very interesting and I'm getting an A+, biggrin .

Hi, Kineka! Writing is my greatest skill; I'm very creative. I'm also a very honest and loyal person. heart

Hello Minerva! One of my favorite teachers smile .

That's amazing!

I like writing as well, although I haven't done much in a while since I've been really busy. But I'm going to have to get back into it since I have to write 3 poems for English class, and 1 has to be read to the class...I have to think up something that they'll actually want to hear. All of mine are really cheesy...it's bad enough my teacher has to read them.

Stories are more my thing...I actually just wrote a story of Kevin Jonas being a vampire. It was pretty sexy wink . Haha no, just kidding. Sort of.

Hello Kineka, welcome to Ravenclaw!

Well labor will be painful but I want to have my own children, I'll go through the traditional way I suppose. Anyways, I saw Up! and I got to say it is a cute movie.

Hi, paraphernalia! Very pretty dress smile .

If I could, I'd like to kind of contribute a little to the whole labor thing.
Labor is, apparently, the worst kind of physical pain you can go through, according to my mother. But obviously it's worth it in the end when you have a little buddle of joy in your arms. I'd love to have kids, but maybe when I'm a little older, I won't be so scared to actually have sex. I know that's how it all starts, and I'm scared to death of it right now, but I know when I'm older I won't be. You can imagine how much of a relief my parents are going through right now. I won't get pregnant as a teenager, they're loving it smile .

Oh and HARRY POTTER WEEKEND STARTS TONIGHT! WITH SNEAK PEEKS TO HALF BLOOD PRINCE! I'm so happy smile .

Yeah, don't get pregnant as a teenager that's the worse! Wait until you are emotionally, physically and financially ready.

Well, sex isn't bad, its just worrisome when you miss a day and you think oh no! confused I'm not pregnant am I? but then a few days later it comes. What a relief! The constant birth control is also a hassle.

Harry potter weekend? Dang, I missed it.

Thanks, its for promageddon kineka!

I'm still a virgin, so I wouldn't know. But I am on the pill, so it's all good, unless I get AIDS or something, which definitely wouldn't be good. But I'm just scared it'll hurt since everyone says your first time hurts. Plus tampons even hurt me, and they're smaller. So yeah, I'm just scared. My parents are relieved though, since they know I won't do anything.

Well, the Goblet of Fire is on tonight, the Prisoner of Azkaban was on yesterday. I didn't even see all of it because I had to get up for church this morning, and couldn't afford to be in bed at 10. But me and my parents got into this discussion on like, why people think Harry Potter isn't Christian. He was like "It's all based on Christianity anyway, like when Dumbledore says 'If one only remembers to turn on the light'. I mean, it's basically saying turn to God and he will light up your life." And just this morning in the sermon they were talking about Phoenixes, just like in Harry Potter. I just found that interesting.

You're welcome. Um, promageddon? What's that?

It's cool that you're a writer too, Kineka. smile Do you write any HP fan fics?

My female friends also all tell me that it hurts the first few times. I wouldn't know myself since I've never done it. I don't handle pain well at all, so when/if I ever have sex with a man I know that I will cry. sweatdrop

Hopefully, you'll get over your fears, but if you do I doubt it'll simply be because you "got older." It has nothing to do with age. After all, age is just a number. I'll be twenty in a few months, and the idea of sex still scares me. Of course, my fears are due to traumatic incidents that happened to me in my very early childhood, hence it's much more complicated than the fact that I worry that it will hurt.

Anyway, I believe that I'll feel comfortable doing it once I meet the right person. I figure that it's all about finding one's soul-mate, not how old you are. And when I meet my Remus, he'll appreciate that I waited to have sex until I met him. heart

I wrote one, but it's kind of disturbing. I could put it up in the Fanfiction thing. I have a couple others that I wrote for people who requested them (I do requests on Quizilla), but they're with OCs and they're not that good...and not all of them are HP.

Aww, don't feel too bad, I know I will too. I hope I meet someone sweet that'll stop if I'm in pain and won't complain if I don't wanna do it anymore.

Yeah, maybe. But as you get older, you do mature in the ideas of sex. I used to cry when I heard about my period, but now that I have it, I just think it's a part of life. Maybe it'll be the same with sex when I'm a little older. I know that's not the whole reason, but maybe it will be a bit of the reason.

Yeah, I'm waiting until marriage to have sex. I plan on losing my virginity on my honeymoon. But yeah, when I meet my George/Sirius ( biggrin ), I'll hope he'll be happy that I waited.

Promageddon is the prom event here on gaia. I give props to all of you that are waiting for your "remus" and are waiting till you get married.

I waited for my boyfriend to have sex with. I've been with him over a year now and I'm more in love with him than ever before. Sex the first time does hurt, I cried a little bit. Afterwards, it feels much much better.

Ooh, George and Sirius, Kineka? You like trouble-makers, I see! wink When I was little and I heard about periods, all I thought was, "Ewww!" lol

Thanks for the support, Para! I'm glad that you enjoy it now even though it hurt at first.

Well, I WAS going to say Remus, but I see he's yours. I'll let you have him. Aren't I nice? wink . I'd like him as more of a close friend. But I just think George and Sirius are hilarious, but still loyal, sweet, and good friends. Plus they're hotter than heck!

Yeah, as I said, I cried when I heard about periods. I don't like pain, and I thought it would be like, unbearable. But now it's like "Ehh every girl has to go through it, I might as well just live with it."
