Swimming (which I regularly do, except during the summer months) seems to ease any ailments or pains I may be experiencing.

Yeah swimming was great, especially as a supplement to ballet, but I was torquing my head funny to breath which made my jaw go 'snap crackle POP!' but it's great for your back...I miss it sometimes (I quit the team cause I didn't get along with the other girls *shrugs*
