Wally West, he's the manager here! He is a very funny guy with red hair and super-speed. He is also Chris Powell's nemesis, even though they are both heroes!

Remember reading a dossier on West on some files I lifted from Batman Inc. Far as I know, he's never even been to the Nexus.

No. Wally discovered it first. Then Barry did. Or...no...I remember them BOTH doing it. But Wally was first. Then he was erased...and Barry discovered it...
