Uriel consistently keeps looking away from Orient, because he's embarrasedm and his eyes are starting to water but he doesn't want to admit that part.

And then Orient's hands are on him, as in, all over him, smearing poultices over the cuts and bruises and massaging the skin so that it hurts less. He pays extra attention so as to not hurt Uriel more than he's already hurt and puts extra healing type stuff on Uriel's face, so that it doesn't scar. "My grandma was somewhat opf a healer." Orient says. "I know how t'patch people up."

"Aa." The boy replies, still be somewhat evasive. He wishes Orient wasn't paying so much attention to his face because he'd rather the pirate not look.

After he's done, Orient gently brushes Uriel's hair out of his face. "I have more'n enough money. Take whatever you would've earned tonight." he says gently.

His eyes go wide, and he shakes his head, "I haven't done anything for you, I'll not take pay from you."

"I'm not bad off enough to be taking hand outs. Besides, as long as I'm on the ship I get food, and a place to sleep. I'll be fine." He stands up, because he doesn't want to argue with orient at the moment... in fact, he doesn't want anything but to be wrapped up in a blanket in solitude at the moment.

Usually, he'd bend to Orient's will, but he can't see this working out, "And then they'll want to know why you're in my bed. No. I just want to hide in my hammock with my books until I look decent again."

"Why can't you hide in here? It's safer, and better. If the crew sees you like that, they'll exploit it, and use it as an oppurtunity to take advantage of you. I'll sleep in here then, but you need somewhere you're comfortable, and I know you en't comfortable in that hammock."

Uriel sits back on the bed, because he's too tired and distressed to bother arguing anymore, "Fine. But I'd rather I could hide from you too."
