       It was true, no matter how hard Krul tried, or how much of her powers she wasted on trying to win against her enemies, she never seemed to one-hundred percent pull it off. Someone always got in the way, or they managed an escape. The closest she did come to winning was her two biggest victims, Ephraim and Kaden. One of those living proofs of that terror was right here, carrying one overly large shield at that! The only thing with Krul, and most of the Reaper's, was that they never gave up. "We should do just that. Won't that make you feel bad, going against your mother? Or better yet, taking her place. " The job seemed to fit Velora far better, the more she thought of it. "Heh, There is a rumor that Ein can take down gods, so, be careful? If you need help, just call on me. The two of us can probably bring her down easy! "
Then came the appearance of the odd orb, an orb that spoke such intimidating words, it was just enough to put enough worry into Viola to think twice about continuing their assault on Joker further......at least, until Velora began to address it. "Hmm.." Well, damn. Now she felt....pretty stupid! It was good to be cautious sometimes, but this? How did she not suspect the same thing? "..Ugh, what an embarrassment...to fall for such a cheap trick! " She watched Velora appear suddenly on the strange floating orb, surprised to see there was no affects to her. It looked like something that might of had a shield, or the glowing linings all over it produced some sort of energy that may of hurt anyone who touched it. For now, it seemed...pretty harmless. "...A friend of his..with a girls voice..." She began to pounder her thoughts a moment.."Could it be....F-U-T-A-B-A? " Viola grinned down at.......wait, where did he go?? Blinking, she quickly looked around. She expected his weak form to have been still there where she left him, instead....He was a good ways behind her, and looking..far..more crazed then she had previously seen. It was almost scary! "...Ah,haha....It is, isn't it? Hey, Velora! You should ---!" ....Er, well, that was fast. It was no longer just him to fear, but the terrifying creature he decided to pull into the party. It's attack was so fast, even she couldn't get her words out fast enough to warn Velora. And by that time, she was already knocked clean off the floaty orb! Now it was Viola herself, face to face with a massive freaking barrel! "...Don't...do it! ....I swear to you, you will regret it! I know both of your presence now! I will---!" ...And her threat came to a quick end, as the Reaper was thrown back with terrible force, clean through a building and out of the other side, where she would fall into swift unconsciousness...Oh, the luck of a Reaper.
Oracle wasn't about to just question if he was alright, and immediately began the healing process to heal any wounds be may of received by those creatures! ."......" A moment of long silence followed...before Futaba's voice finally broke that silence! "....Is it...safe to come out now? " She blinked, their targets seemed to be down for the moment, as far as she could see! She gave it a few moments, before finally dismissing Prometheus, only to appear suddenly below where it once was, on the ground. Her mask returning in the process of the dismissal of her Persona.Once her feet were on the ground, Oracle wasted no time in rushing over to Joker, whom she seemed to be so terribly worried about! There was still blood trickling down his neck where he was bitten, though now it seemed to be slowly drying up, as the wounds were healed..

That's why I can't lose against someone like you." "Hmmm..." Velora grinned. "Velora, the Reaper Queen... It does have a nice ring to it! But what about you? Viola, the Reaper Queen also sounds pretty charming I think! Oh, either way, I would enjoy that. Maybe we SHOULD do that. Krul will just lead us into the ground anyway..." It seemed these two were just casually plotting treason. What a normal thing to do. "Oh, that would be even better! If there's anything better than putting a strong warrior in their place, it's doing it with a friend!" What an interesting conversation these two were having.Viola's threats would fall on deaf ears, as Joker unleashed the heavy gun damage directly at her. And it seemed the show was indeed over. Joker adjusted his gloves a bit as Satanael was dismissed, and his mask rematerialized on his face. After the battle ended, Satanael's passive ability, Victory Cry, activated, completely replenishing Joker's strength and stamina. It was quite the incredible ability, only ever really found on Personas of that caliber. His hands found their way to his pockets as usual, as he faced Futaba. "Good job, Oracle. And thank you. I was in a pretty tight spot." Could he have managed without her interference? Perhaps, but he was against two of them, both of whom were incredibly deadly. "You alright? Hopefully Prometheus isn't too banged up." From only a few stomps, probably not. It seemed quite sturdy. (( OOC: ))

When the light dissipated, Kamui was adjusting his glasses. "It almost worked," He said as his hands found their way to his pockets naturally. "The one with the funny hat was convinced. It was just the other one who realized..." He shook his head. "Still, that gave me enough time to bring out Satanael, so it paid off." So in a way, it did work.Just not exactly as intended. "I'm fine. It'll take more than a couple of hot vampires to take me down," He said, rolling his neck a bit. "They were tough, though. They might've had a better chance if they hadn't underestimated me." Underestimating someone based only on the fact they were human... it seemed to be something enemies seemed to get destroyed for, especially when it came to Ephraim, who plenty of enemies underestimated just before getting destroyed. Kamui chuckled a bit at her next rhetorical question. "That might not be far off," he said. "If only I knew they were Vampires, I wouldn't have afflicted them with Hunger..." Hindsight was 20/20... "But honestly, this world seems very much like one of cognition. How else could we use our Phantom Thief outfits, and especially our Personas...? And yet there are people who live here, like the real world in our... world." WoRlD. "Though I keep pondering this and no answer can come to me... I'm not sure even an expert on cognitive psience would be able to figure this one out." An expert such as Wakaba, Futaba's mother. Though she was deceased of course, perhaps such expertise would be beneficial. ...Still, it likely wouldn't help. "There just doesn't seem to be a definite answer, but... I guess it doesn't matter that much. For the time being, at least, we should just keep going as we have been. The people here do seem genuine." The Avalanche people, anyway. Not the Reaper people. Walking through the shopping area of Midgar, was Layla and Cissnei, they had been spending the day together in light of the up coming holiday, Cissnei not only wanted to get to know her better, but to know something far more important! Everything about Justus, and everything he liked or ever wanted. Yes, she was one of those mother's! A mother who wanted nothing more then to spoil her children more then may of been good. It was no wonder Justus was so spoiled...and lazy! Even after all this time, she still seemed so thrilled to know she had such an unbelievably perfect future ahead of her. Anyone could see more then ever, just how happy she was at the very thought her children. There was no doubt,she was going to be the perfect mother in her future, with the added bit of overly spoiling!
And now, with all the great information she acquired from Layla, Cissnei's mission would be to find everything she could that was actually something she could afford. Knowing her, even if if was crazy expensive, she would find a way!
But now the question remained for the ex-Turk. What did Layla want? "What about you, is there anything particular you have been wanting? " Cissnei asked her, smiling. Sure, it was all about surprises, but it seemed Layla was old enough that it would be better to ask, rather then getting something she wouldn't enjoy.
"Hmm? Me? Oh, no..You just focus on you're family. I will not allow you to buy me anything. Just spoil them! Honestly, I really don't want anything here.....Not in this time, at least. " Cissnei looked at her, a questioning look on her face, only to receive a smile as Layla thought back. "There's a picture..on my night stand back at home. Home in my time. It's Justus and I as children, we stumbled upon a forest that can only be described as...well, magical..! " What wasn't magical in this world, anyway?? "The creatures in it were incredibly beautiful, and so adorable..Such colorful little creatures they were. To this day, we have no idea what they were, Do you think fairy dragon exist? ..It's hard to describe them. They had long little bodies and tiny wings, their colors were so vivid and transparent, they seemed to leave colorful trails in their wake.." She gestured with her hands, attempting to show her just how big they were, which wasn't very big at all. "We fed them apples..Though I think that was just Justus's way of getting out of eating something healthy! " Layla smiled again. "This was such a special day, spending such a fun day with Justus made it all the more special to me. I just wish I had brought the picture here, I can't believe I forgot it! " And she couldn't exactly figure out....how to get back to the future...was it even possible? "..That would be the best gift, which is impossible to get I suppose..It just loved to look at it on off days, and remember the best friendship I've ever had in my life..how lucky I am to have Justus in it, and now, were together..My life is perfect."

Lucky for Layla that she got to go out with Cissnei--considering the fact that she was spending time with his mother, it had been deemed only appropriate that he spend time with her father. ...One could guess how well that was going."Honestly, someone like you... I'm not entirely sure what Layla is thinking.""I wonder that every day," Justus responded dryly. "I can't remember any time I was useful in any capacity. Like that one time Jin showed up, and I definitely didn't save a bunch of people by taking all of his attacks. That definitely didn't happen." It was almost as though Justus was trying to be sassy, but his voice seemed to imply he didn't want to put forth the effort to make himself sound sassy. That would be just too much work."...I am aware of what you did at that time," Ike responded. "But that's also reckless. You won't-""Oh boy I've never heard this lecture before." Like immediately after that happened from Layla. "Though when Layla lectures me it's pretty hot... When you do it... eh.""..." Justus really seemed to like poking the very skilled and powerful bear that was Ike."You must really want to test how much you can survive through."Justus responded with a melodramatic shrug, in typical Justus fashion. "You could cut my head off if you'd like. Wouldn't kill me." He was... quite resilient. "Though if you were Ephraim I guess that'd be a bit of a worry..." Ephraim was one of the very few who could actually potentially kill him. Siegmund's monster-slaying properties were no joke. Any of the "indestructible" demons in the Wolve family and beyond could be killed by him. It wasn't just the spear, but that power coupled with his tremendous strength and skill. He wasn't one to be taken lightly.
The two happened upon Layla and Cissnei as they spoke, and Justus, being Justus, casually leaned against a nearby wall to listen in."...Come on.""Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." He listened as Layla explained the story behind the picture, and how she had somehow left it back in her time. "...Huh..." He scratched the side of his head. "That so..." He reached into his inner-shirt pocket pulling out a folded picture. Layla only had one of the two copies of the picture after all--as was proven when he unfolded the picture, showing the very one she spoke of."...." Ike crossed his arms. "You like to pretend nothing really interests you, but you've kept that with you? If you managed to remember it when even Layla forgot it, it must be pretty important.""That- uh..." Justus scratched the side of his head awkwardly. It was ironic, he could make overtly sexual and suggestive passes at Layla and not be flustered remotely, but when it came to actual deep things like this... it was quite a bit different. "I don't really care about this kind of thing..." Yeah, that's why he had the picture in his inner-shirt pocket this whole time. "Listen, why don't you take this? Take it over there and say, uh... you got it? From future you or Tifa? Or something? I dunno, maybe it'll help you guys get a bit closer in this time, or... something. Just... don't say anything about me, alright?" The last thing he needed was it being shown just how much this sort of thing meant to him! But... he wanted her to have the picture, so..."Hmm... don't say anything about you? Alright." Ike snatched the picture from Justus' offered hand, walking over towards Layla and Cissnei. "Layla." he called out to her. "Sorry to listen in, but I heard what you were talking about. Is this the picture you were looking for?" He held it up for her to see. Without missing a single beat, he continued. "Your little lover-boy asked me to give it to you, and not mention it was from him.""UH," Came Justus' very loud, awkward interjection. "It isn't very nice to just make things like that up," He said, walking in a surprisingly hurried pace over. "I haven't even SEEN that picture. Ever. Nope. I, uh, I don't even remotely care about, uh... about, uh... memories like that. I, uh... just... uh...... care about Layla for her body.""He had it in his inner-shirt pocket," Ike continued as though Justus hadn't said a thing. "All nicely folded and everything. He must have been keeping it there for a while.""Excuse me, sir... that is not even remotely close to what happened. I would appreciate not being involved in your scandalous lies." Justus turned away, scratching the side of his head awkwardly once again, trying to hide his nervousness. ...Nervousness. Not something often seen on Justus. In fact, it almost never was. But yet when it came to serious stuff between him and Layla... for some reason, he couldn't help but become a bit shy and nervous. What a strange lad. "Don't listen to his lies, Laylay. He, uh... he's, uh... being brainwashed as we speak. ...Uh... Reapers, I think. Yeah. That." Very convincing as always. (( OOC: ))

It was a big city, a very big city, but somehow it's massiveness didn't quite keep certain individuals from easily finding them, or just seeming to stumble upon them. Maybe they were followed? Who knew, it was a mystery that may go unsolved for the rest of time!
Layla turned to her fathers voice, and after a brief moment's scan of the area there she saw her demon-boy lover, leaning against the near by wall to them, looking comfortable enough to make her wonder.. How long had he been standing there?! And it seemed her once innocent father was dragged into the ease-dropping, too. Oh, Justus. Bringing Ike down to his eeeeevil levels. Or so it looked to the now blushing teen. "You two..! This is a private conversation between two---!"...Her eyes fixed on the suddenly held up picture in his hand, and suddenly, that blushing face was now adorned with the brightest, child-like smile possibly ever seen on Layla's face. While it may of seemed silly to be SO happy about a picture, it was also quite adorable. It wasn't often Layla's more..cheerful side was so well displayed.. She always seemed so serious. It just went to show just how important this picture was to her! She looked at it, then to Justus who arrived in a flash following her father's amusing, ye truthful words! Poor Justus. "I can't believe it!" She gently took the photo from him, smiling still as she turned to face the lying demon lover of hers. "Never seen it, huh? I've seen you looking at it in my bedroom many times! " ...Wait.." ..Oh..but it isn't what you might think.." She smiled innocently at Ike, giggling. "Of course we hang out together there! " The more she went on, the more suspicious it sounded!
This time hadn't quite yet gotten to know all of Layla's moods, she was a whole lot of things, but when she became happier then a child in a candy store as she was now, she could really seem quite sillier then anyone may of ever imagined. Of course, Justus was the only one that knew every little thing about her. "He,he..I want to both smack you, and hug you at the same time.." She said to Justus, turning to him just as he turned away in his rare nervousness. Something she didn't see very often, but when she did...well, it was just to darn cute. " A smack for trying to hide something so special of us as if it's soo terrible! And a hug for...keeping it with you all this time. " She nudged him forward, purposely with enough power behind it to make him stumble a little. Not to harshly but it would likely get some movement in! "You should just admit it, admit how precious it is to you, or I'LL find a reaper to brain wash you into a super-sensitive demon!! You will be like..a little puppy!" They had a wonderful, exciting relationship, didn't they?

Justus Wolve"I can't rest until I've realized my dream..."It seemed both in the couple were displaying a rare side, Layla being very cheerful and Justus being quite nervous. "I've nEVeR sEeN iT lAYlAy." He pulled on his own shirt a bit as he blushed. "Did your dress get tighter or something? I'm feeling a bit nervous for some reason..." As if anything sexual would really make him nervous! Or most things sexual, anyway. "That's not the only thing we'd do in there." Justus tacked on casually. Ike responded by rolling his eyes, turning and walking away. Possibly to give the two some room for the moment. Cissnei might want to do similarly. "God I hope you do," He said rather casually in response as she said she wanted to smack him. "The hug would also be nice. Especially if you pressed your body really close to mine... You know, so I, uh, feel extra loved." No ulterior motives here. As she shoved him playfully, he... shot straight down to the ground, looking comparable to throwing something against the ground. His expression didn't change whatsoever, because, as she knew, he barely felt pain, if at all. One of the things that made him dangerous. Or WOULD make him dangerous if he wasn't so... Justusy. He glanced up at her long legs and slender form. "<********... step on me." He said passively. God he couldn't get over how sexy she was. Why was she dating him again? "You're already brainwashing me with your body," he said casually. "I'll be your little puppy any day." What a very regular romance these two shared. Then again, anything that involved Justus could never be anything remotely close to regular.(( OOC: ))

In the midst of the Christmas spirit, the city had become beautifully decorated, taking away the once gloominess of the city. It even eased her own nervousness around the crowds some, the twinkling lights, the cute reindeer lights, everything was so interesting she couldn't stop looking! Like a child, the fairy was seen zipping from one lighted decoration to the other, peering closely into the lights as if trying to see how they put off such brilliant colors. Was it magic? ...yes, she lived in Migar now, and yet still didn't quite understand everything. Though she wasn't all to social with the residents to find out ether.
It was no doubt this was her first ever experience with Christmas, and she was loving it as it was...
Meanwhile, Layla's smile grew into a more amused one, watching Justus's face light up like the red twinkling lights around the city, was very entertaining to watch, as well as completely adorable. Yeah, there were possibly only two people in the world that ever found Justie sooo adorable. Layla and his mother. "You look so cute with that red face." She said with a small grin, teasing him more was all that much more fun! She lived for those moments it seemed. "..Oh, ignore him! Ah,haha.." Layla's hand waved into the air dismissively, as if that would make Justus's words be forgotten of the two that probably didn't need to hear! Unfortunately, they did. Fortunately, it ended in them both quickly fleeing the scene of the two flirting teenagers.
As Cissnei and Ike left, the moment they were clearly out of sight was the moment Layla's bravery returned, Justus would feel that bravery in the form of a slap, but...not quite where he might of expected it to be. No, more like....at his backside! "Your such a naughty demon! You will get your hug, but not here. " That sounded exactly how it seemed.
Then came her small shove, the small shove that Justus naturally over-dramatized in shooting straight down to the ground.This time, Layla had to keep her own straight face, it was impossible not to laugh around him, especially when he did such silly things!
She knelt down slightly so she was leaning over him, and suddenly he would feel the collar around his shirt tighten, as her fist took hold of his shirt, and roughly pulled him upward toward her, in the next moment, he would find himself in the most romantic, passionate kiss he might ever of gotten from her. It was enough to leave even him breathless, if such a thing were possible for the most toughest demon on the planet.

     The attention of the citizens gathered around the Christmas tree, was suddenly drawn upward, at the screechy yells from above. What was going on? Above the crowds, a good ways into the sky they would see the green-haired esper, Terra. But with her, and in her arms, was a not so happy fox-eared child. They would hear Hiyori making her demands to be let back down and carrying on about how embarrassing this was. Terra on the other hand, could hardly contain her giggles as she held her daughter. "It wouldn't have to be so embarrassing if you calmed down! " She paused a moment, glancing down and pointing at the general area of the lighted Christmas tree and nicely decorated city of lights. "You need to start having fun, you are a child who is missing out on so much. It isn't your job to fight, that is the job of us adults! Hiyori...I know there is more to you then what you've forced yourself to being. You want to have fun, don't you? But you also want to be helpful to everyone and make everyone proud. The truth is, we are all proud of you, no matter what you do. But I would be even more proud to see you enjoying your life the way it should be, having fun with other children, playing..Making friends! We want that most for you..."
"......" Hiyori fell silent,her ears kind of perking up as she listened to her mother. Her face began to flush a faint pink in color despite trying to hide it by looking down at the colorful twinkling lights below them. ".....You're ...proud..of me? .." She had wanted to hear those words for..so very long. So, So long.. "..You mean it? " "Of course I do! You do so many wonderful and helpful things for everyone. I couldn't be more proud! " Hiyori's face began to light up a little more, though this time not so much as a blush, but now a beaming face of happiness.

"Mother and Daughter bonding moment..It's about time!" It took quite a while, but it seemed Terra had finally had enough of her distant child that she wanted to be close to. It made Ariel think back on her own time with her mother, she was...similar to Hiyori as far as distance with her parents. Possibly more so, now that she seen so clearly, she could almost understand how Terra was feeling, Aerith wanted to be closer to her children more then anything, and after a long, long struggle, Ariel finally started to come around more and soon enough, everything fell into place as it should have been. The only one missing was Zane..for it to really be completely perfect.
She even got closer to Lily! Something she never thought would happen..speaking of Lily, maybe it would be a good time to go find her? "I wonder what Lily is ...??!" Her words became suddenly cut off, as a fluffy white wolf rushed forward from out of no where, heading..directly..for..her! "EEK! Stop! LILY! " Collision! That yummy hot chocolate in her hand, was now spilled all over the two of them, as Ariel was pounced to the ground by her oh-so-precious wolf shifting daughter! To make it worse, her face was being licked by the puppy-like wolf! Lily didn't seem to even register the chocolate was all over her nice, white coat. Luckily it wasn't hot!

       "If I had a heart, I MIGHT actually feel sorry for that boy. This is the life he has to look forward to? Ahaha...pathetic losers, Kaden. You've done a fantastic job. " Krul, who was watching from afar, snickered to herself as she watched the scene unfold.
"I should...lighten it up a little..Time to test my new skill..Hehehe..."
And in the next moment, Krul was standing...directly atop of the massive Christmas tree, though it may of looked like she was standing on the tip of the tree, she really was just floating there. "Weak pathetic humans..! It is time to spread the real spirit of this beloved holiday. Behold, my puppets...Bask in the darkness! " With her arms suddenly out stretched, a wave of energy flowed directly below her, seeming to absorb into the Christmas tree. The lights that once shined multiple colors, now shined a dull black eerie glow, all of which flowed into every single human in the area, possibly reaching beyond it. The humans standing there, and any affected within the darkness would fall to the ground, screams of terror filling the air...
Only for it all to become suddenly..very..silent. So silent it was rather frightening and all the more eerie. It wasn't until slowly, all affected would suddenly slowly stagger and rise to their feet, their eyes a deep crimson red.
All of those eyes, would fall to the now terribly creeped Ariel and Lily, as well as the two in the sky. Interestingly enough, the cetra blood protected the two from the affects of Krul's new..gift...and Hiyori as well, seemed immune to the affects. "Get them, my pets. Show them the love of this holiday you share by tearing them to pieces! "

 Ah, there was nothing quite like the red eyes of possessed, zombie-like humans surrounding them to really bring out that Christmas spirit. It brought it out strong, too, with how tightly Ariel and Lily were now clinging to each other in fear! They were completely surrounded! It's not like Lily could just stay in her wolf form and bite people, they were innocent, just...not quite so innocent right now. "They're...getting..closer!!" They really were like slow-moving zombies, but it still gave them little options on how to get out of the massive crowd that was closing in on them.. "Get back!!" Yes, because they were really going to listen! Lily gasped, letting out a terrified screech as one of the 'puppets' grabbed her hair, and successfully pulled her painfully away, separating the two as both girls were suddenly surrounded. ......By...hungry looking confused humans. Did Krul SERIOUSLY just turn everyone into temporary Reapers?! "THEY ARE TURNED INTO REAPERS!? " That was enough to make her, and Ariel, cover their necks. As if they couldn't just bite them on the arm, or hand. They really wouldn't be safe unless they had full head to toe armor!

Ariel and Lily, would suddenly start to feel a swirling wind around them, the wind which became surprisingly strong but somehow, did not seem to affect them as it was those trying to attack them. Before ether of them could be bitten, each and every one of those affected were suddenly blown away by one heavy gust of wind, sending each of them a few feet away. The moment before they would hit the ground, another surprise came, but this time right from the earth below in the form of thick soft leaves! She would call upon the earth to lesson the pain of their falls, before even thicker vines, ripped out from the earth, wrapping around each and every person that was affected, keeping them there in place. "Y-You should....return them....to normal..!!" ..Oh god, why was she doing this again? She swore she would never go near another Reaper again, or at least, avoid them as MUCH as possible! ...But, she couldn't really just run away, even if she wanted to. Just as long as Krul didn't. .. "Oh? You again...I think Void would love to see you.." Krul's smile turned twisted into pure evil, and the sweat beads were already starting to form at the poor fairy's forehead, along with her heart beat that might possibly stop at the fear that suddenly struck her. Was it possible to die from being so scared?! "N-No!! Please don't..call...her...!" She started to back away...
