I'd say to add some white just above the anklets,
but I know that would be hard.
Maybe something dark around the neck would be good.

You're not much better honestly
Cliché, uninteresting, and just plain boring
The black and white theme has been done and overdone time after time. The random bit of gold on the bracelets makes it look even worse, the hair is too dark to fit in, and the layering you have going on the arms isn't too pretty either.
So before preaching to people about making avatars, make sure yours is up to snuff, m'k?
