"If it's in chaos, it's probaly the fault of some Clan with a Kekkie Genkai..." He said with some bite towards the Fubuki, giving him a clue as to who was responsible for his teammates deaths. "Regardless, we're given a mission so we have to carry it out." He said as he returned to his nuetral tone. Truth was Coeus was frustrated, frustrated over the death of his teammates, frustrated over having to go on another mission so soon, frustrated with those who bore Kekkie Genkai. No matter how frustrated he may have been however, he wasn't allowed to show it. He was a member of the ANBU, the silent service if there ever was one.

TABTABZ E R OTAB TAB Hunter of the Mist"Anger could lead to darkness." Admonished Koyuki gently. The barely suppressed rage in Coeus' voice had not been lost to the young man. He was familiar with such tones after all: though the faces of the ones with the voice of anger had been different, as they were the faces from his own clan. At first, his sister alone had shouldered the responsibility, but where she fell short, he learned to fill in. He had soothed their rage, warning for them not to dishonor the clan further with any rash actions.
The first months of rebuilding were always the most difficult, but as time went on, the whitest snow covers even the filthiest tracks. As the estate became restored to its untouchable whiteness, slowly, so did the anger and hearts of the Fubuki freeze.
"There are those without kekkai whom may hurt just as or even more cruelly." Replied Koyuki.
He paused. After all, he also knew that best.
It was almost also regrettable, in a way. He thinks about the smiles that were lost: never again did he see a smile touch his sister's lips, a full frown now irrevocably remaining on her lovely face.
More quietly, he proceeded on: "While this is a convenient power...that is so only when it is used with principle. Demo, who are we to judge...? The opponents on the field have their own principles that they fight for, after all."
He lowered his head slightly at the mention again of the mission, an almost-nod confirming he understood.

"Too bad clans lack that Principle, our own history shows that." Coeus said as he began to walk away from the area, he'd done what he was supposed to do. Not that he had anything else to do, all that awaited him at his home was the pain of memories and people long since passed. Stopping after a few meters he reached behind him and grabbed his bow, feeling comfort from the familiar grip. "Fight me." He said as he turned around quickly. "Fight me right now I need to fight someone." He said with a slight tone of anger as he notched an arrow into his bow. "If you were really so important to Cronus, I need to know why."

TABTABZ E R OTAB TAB Hunter of the MistKoyuki had laughed at Coeus' accusation: a charming, delicate laugh.
"Or perhaps that is merely human nature."
While it was true that the original clans of Kiri allowed themselves to be used in ways they shouldn't have - willing to go as far as to even sell their dignity - in the end, even those families had meant well. But situations had spun so quickly out of their control and what ended as one clan supporting a Mizukage candidate turned out to be a full-scale war between the supporters of various candidates. He was quite well versed in this piece of history, especially because the Fubuki clan were supposed to fill the empty shoes of the now-extinct Yuki clan. The first Fubukis had left interesting documents, how the people of the village were so nervous when they thought "the cursed Yuki clan" had returned from beyond the nether regions when the Fubuki Ichizoku first came to Kiri.
As a child, Koyuki had found learning that peculiar piece of history was rather amusing. But, less on that...
A challenge to a spar?
Everyone whom knew him the slightest bit knew how neither Fubuki sibling prefer to resolve matters with violence. The tone of Coeus however showed that the other was quite serious, quite resolved... Koyuki quickly weighed the presented options. He could refuse, and Coeus will continue to brood, that would certainly do the other no good. Didn't the other mention he had a mission later today too? In that case, Koyuki would accept, and perhaps once Coeus was calm enough, he could even help the other truly mourn. Sometimes, just sometimes...tears were needed, the loss must be properly recognized, in order to be able to proceed through the period of mourning.
The Hunter Zero does not accept spars rooted in emotion, but Fubuki Koyuki would accept one such fight to help a friend of a friend.
"Very well." He replied quietly, with his usual serene smile.

With a flick of his wrist Coeus threw down a smoke bomb, covering the area with a thick cloud of smoke. If they were going to fight then he would not hold back, this was a spar of honor and mourning as far as he was concerned. Quickly climbing halfway up a tree he made himself a little nest, so to speak. Having found a rather large branch he laid atop of it and slid a cloak around himself, further hiding himself. Now came the boring part, the part where the most could go wrong, waiting. He had to wait for the smoke to clear, then he would be able to use his bow to it's greatest effect, with a sneak attack. After that would begin a cycle.

He raised a fine brow as a smoke bomb went in to the air, and his violet eyes followed the bomb as it went up into a parabolic arc before falling and striking the ground. Even while the other ANBU hid himself as smoke leaked out, Koyuki let out a short sigh. He was indeed impressed. Either he was outdated in terms of how extreme members of the village went with spars, but would this be considered going a little too far? Honestly, a smoke bomb opening of all things...
Well, if it was a match of stealth, this could go two ways.
His eyes flared crystalline blue, and the air around him chilled. A fine mist of freezing air filled the area around him, and Koyuki vanished from sight.

He had finished his training at the compound and was looking for something else to do. He worked on his strength, mastered a new jutsu... now was time to work on his control. If he ever wanted to get his gauntlets off, he would have to work on controlling the dangerous chakra of the Fubuki. He found a nice spot to sit down and began his meditation, channeling the chakra throughout his body, manipulating it to his will.
Besides being a swordsman, he wanted to learn as much jutsu as he could. In order to learn more hyouton techniques, he knew that he would need to practice. Ice was not something fools should mess around with, so he had to be serious getting into it. Carelessness would only bring him harm, directly or indirectly. He continued his meditation, bringing his chakra into the base of his feet.
He knew he wasn't a beginner in this and knew that chakra was more of his forte, which in a way brought him into kenjutsu. Fubuki weren't generally strong due to their frail bodies, and so it posed a challenge for him. Maybe one day I can incorporate some jutsu with my blade. Haha, that would be pretty awesome... He smiled to himself as he worked his chakra into his hands, being careful to avoid losing his grip. The gauntlets could do the work for him, but he wanted to learn without them. He wanted to be able to prove himself...
He remained in his meditative trance as he worked on moving the chakra around in his body. He brought it up to his head and ears and could begin to hear things he would of had to focus on. Maybe I should get into some sensory jutsu... eh... I don't know... I'm not really cut out for it... He wanted ones that would do some damage, or improve his blade work. He may dabble a bit in it... maybe.
He continued meditating, but his mind got sidetracked into thinking about what the council was up to. They had been arguing for far too long and Tenshi was starting to get sick of it, and that was saying something. Just calm down. It really doesn't matter what they are doing. Don't concern yourself until you get dragged into it. Right now, you are a shinobi, who does what he is asked. Unless it's a little too... immoral? Then again, what is immoral in the life of a shinobi. You'll just have to watch yourself, that's all... He sighed. He couldn't imagine what Hatsuyuki was going through. Then again, they could all use a slap in the face. I say we're doing fine by ourselves.
He shook his head, Just break free from those thoughts right now. That's why you came to the grove, remember? He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He made a handseal and focused on his chakra. He maneuvered it around his body, into his feet, hands, and head. It obeyed his every command, without fault. His face remained emotionless as he continued in his trance. To anyone it would simply seem like he was sleeping.
He remained in his trance-like state and manipulated his chakra, bending it to his will. It was his after all, why shouldn't it listen to him? He continued on with his training and moving the chakra throughout his body, finding different pathways, and using old ones that he had forgotten about. Nothing like checking over your own body and discovering something new about it. I think meditating is my new past time. He gave himself a slight chuckle, but kept his eyes closed, and his hands tightly together.

Nothing of note to complain about. He moved his chakra in his body, moving it to his feet once more. A ninja's feet were his greatest ally, Tenshi had learned that. It seemed all he did as a ninja was run around... Chakra in his feet would definitely help him out, in more ways than one. He thought about going into some warm baths to soothe himself. Hm, that would feel rather good...
He smiled, and continued meditating, even though that last thought almost made him lose concentration. Luckily though he managed to clear his mind and regain his grip on his chakra. He moved it from his feet to his core, and then out to his hands again. He could feel the chill of his chakra in them, as goose bumps ran over his skin. It was an addicting sensation. He gave a slight shiver and continued his training.
As he was meditating something else sent a shiver over him, and he realized it wasn't anything he had done. He opened his eyes and looked around him. He noticed further off into the grove, something not usually seen around this time of year... at least not in this place. There was snow and ice on the ground. That could only mean one thing, another Fubuki was in the grove. Tenshi was about to get up and take a look, but he thought better on it. He was in the middle of training after all, and he wasn't feeling motivated enough.
He tried to meditate, but his mind was elsewhere. He was wondering who else could be out in the grove, using the Reido Tougen. The only reasons he could think of someone using it, would be to either train, or to actually use it. No, don't get yourself involved. For all you know, it could be someone sparring with another, or even a younger member learning the technique. No need to barge in on everything. He decided to leave it as is and go on with his training. He was about finished with it anyway.

He made sure to keep it polished and clean to avoid any rust. There were a few scratches in it from previous fights, but it gave it more character that way. It made him feel badass for actually fighting someone with it, though the person he killed with it didn't necessarily need to die. Damn Henchman Nu- I mean Ryou...

He simply just let it flow through him, using his control to simply guide it the way he wanted it to go.
He meditated a bit more, keeping his grip on his chakra, though he almost lost control again as his mind went to his embarrassment. The grove did not hold any fond memories for Tebiki, but it was atleast quiet, for the most part. She had learned her lesson in it, though. Don't wander. So, she stayed on it's outskirts... where things were more or less viewable, and she was sure she wouldn't get lost as long as she didn't venture too deep inside. Why was she out here, though? Why did she need the quiet? Because she was sure that there was a certain person, one she wanted to avoid, that would avoid this place like the plague... and so, that was where she would busy herself.
Sighing at the thought of her eventual work out, she decided to warm up with a few stretches. Bending down, she made an attempt to touch her toes... Knees, okay, shins, okay, ankles, burn, toes, mega burn... That wasn't supposed to be normal right? She should be able to touch her toes with no negative effects at all. With a slight frown, she tried again. She got her fingers to touch her toes, but it still presented a burn. That's no good... I can't work out properly if my muscles are this tight.

Once again, she bent over and tried to touch her toes, though, this time, she made sure her feet were touching together. After all, the more space between the feet when bending, the easier it would be for someone to touch, and... Tebiki felt like that was cheating. Of course, if it was a type of conditioning for those who weren't flexible at all... starting with a wide stance was best, slwoly making the stance thinner and thinner until the feet touched and such, but she wasn't one of those unflexible people... She had to start with the hard stuff right away. So, she did, making herself come back up and stretch upwards, hands reaching for the sky before going back down for the tips of her shoes.
And bend down... hold it... hold the toes... and let go. Raise up, lift the arms, stretch up! Touch the sky~ And now back down again... She did this a few more times before trying to put her hands flat on the ground instead of simply grasping her own feet. That provided another burning sensation, though she wasn't sure if she liked it or not. It was always said that burning was supposed to be a good thing when stretching, though extremely uncomfortable. If people keep thinking like that, they'll start to enjoy the pain more than the results...

Keeping her hands flat on the ground was much more difficult than she, thought. To help her body get used to the burning, Tebiki tried to hold herself in place as much as she could, but eventually she had to release herself from the stretch of doom, and come back up, raching for the sky like before. To counter balance the pain in the calves, she stood on her toes as she reache dupwards. She didn't actually know if that would help anything, but it made her feel a little bit better, like she was relaxing the parts o0f her body that were being overworked... even though she had barely started the workout in the first place.
As if she was unable to help it, on her next stretch upwards, she gave out a great big yawn. She wasn't sleepy, but that seemed to be the thing to do. I do the same stretches in bed, I suppose... only they are horizontal, instead of vertical... and I'm still on a cushy bed, with fluffy pillows. While she comforted herself with thoughts of a cozy bed and sleep to come later that night, she refrained from thinking about how she probably looked stupid doing what she was doing. She was glad no one was watching... that she knew of.

Feeling like that was enough for toe-touching and sky-reaching, Tebiki decided to try her hand at a somersault. It was a wierd and uncomfortable move for her, providing a disorienting sensation. I wonder, if a person did nothing but somersault from point A to point B, would they still be able to tell which way was up when they were done? She wasn't sure if there was anyone in the village she could ask that question to... so, despite all thoughts against it, why not try it herself? It was adumb idea, but she was going to do it anyway... So, because she really wasn't sure how to go about doing this... thing, she decided to start by crouching low, and then slowly lowered her head until it touched the ground. Feeling incredibly stupid and vulnerable in that position, she proceeded to push herself forward, rolling down her spine until she was back on her rump.
I think I'm supposed to land on my feet, but that was a decent first try. It didn't break my neck on accident. Though, the day was still young... Getting back into the crouching position, she tried it again. And again, and again. More than once, her direction was altered by rolling on a root, and when she couldn't get back into an upright position, the diverted direction flopped her on her side. Still, no injuries, so far... though she now had leaves stuck in her hair. Taking a moment to catch her breath, she picked them out, one by one.

Her subconcious thoughts on lack of injury were too soon. Whatever that means. After thuroughly grooming her pony tail, allowing it to result in a leaf-free, bundle of soft and glimmering goodness, she decided to dirty it up again by somersaulting more. What a good idea, right? Well, normally it wouldn't matter either way, she just wasn't as careful this time as she had been in previous tumbles. Because of this, she tumbled herself right into a tree... For a moment, after impact, her body seemed to be lounging against the tree, just upside down. That was until gravity seemed to take a note that this was very wrong and used Tebiki's own body weight against her, putting pressure on her neck and shoulders. Not wanting to bear the weight of the worl- of herself, she wiggled herself to the side and flopped over, laying there for a moment before siiting herself up correctly and rubbing at the sore muscles. That wasn't pleasant... Bad Ki-chan, bad Ki-chan... She mentally grumbled, using her family nickname.
