Hello. I joined a few weeks ago and I haven't had time to get on and take a look around. Anyway I just got on and I had a couple of questions in my head:
1.) I have never done forum RP so.....how exactly does it work?
2.) Is there a specific way my RPC is supposed to be set up to be in this guild?
3.) Do I have to be specific with grammar, spelling, descriptions, etc....?

Do I have to be specific with grammar, spelling, descriptions, etc....? 1. I really don't have a certin way to answer this. I guess the best way would have some knowledge on what your RP'ing in. In this case naruto. You should know like village and what type of character you want. Read the mandatory beginner rules and junk. it'll help a lot. 2. There is a place for the profiles in the forum. It should say profile. Make sure to look at the profile skeleton. 3.Yes. It's is preferred. And plus it makes it easier for other people to understand and responed.

1) Forum RPs are more about details then about speed of typing (Like you would find in most instant messenger based RPs).
Basically; the more information about your character, and what they're doing. How it looks, how they look, and other such details. That you include into your post, the easier it will be for you to get replies from other people, as well as get stronger within the guild.
Other then that, forum RPs are not much different from any other form of role playing. If you're not used to it, you'll get used to it pretty quickly. 3nodding

I'm new and I know you have probably been asked this 100 times but where do I start? I just make a profile and then go to the academy? Then learn techniques. After that where do I go.

The short version is, nothing overtly technological. So no grenades or atomic bombs. Especially, no guns, barring a few special exceptions. (Like the Al Bhed clan from Spira...)
As for your earlier question, after the Academy is done, I'd suggest going to your character's home village to learn their clan techniques. Remember to post in the Docks between locations!

Also how do you gain quests, or fight people.

Also how do you gain quests, or fight people. we don't have a quite quest system, per say.. I might randomly give you a quest or something.. or a mission, might appear in the quest sub forum. To fight someone. You, just go up to them and go "yo you disrespecting my set abd I challenge thee"

You would start by making a profile. In the profile subforum. Then.. You can head over to academy. Yes I recommend getting your pic off the internet. And three dont god mode. Just sort of jump in....
