Marching band should be considered an athletic sport with all the practice we have to do just for football games and competitions.
i have been playing since 7th grade, i will be a junior this year when school starts back up. smile
|

I playing in Laguna Creek High School's Marching/Concert band.

Well i'm a senior in hs, i'll be going for a degree in clarinet in college. plan on goin to CSU Stanislaus for my BA and University of Indiana-Bloomington for my graduate school. i have an E11 Buffet,(saving for an R13) and i play on Gonzales 3 1/4 reeds. I play first chair bass clainet in our wind ensemble and 1st clarinet in our symphonic band. My pieces i'll be auditioning for college are the Saint-saens Sonata, Poulenc Sonata, and either the Hindemith Sonata or the Mozart Concerto.
Besides that i compose, arrange, and i'm DM for the band this year.
Lots of stuff to look foward to.... eek

i'm beginning my sophomore year of high school in the fall, and i've only played clarinet since february of freshman year. XD i started late because i was a flute, but i'm allergic to nickel and frankly i sucked so i switched.

Hello all my fellow amazingful clarinet players! I just joined mrgreen I am Julia Rose Aneta and I have been playing clarinet for 3 years going on 4, and I absolutely LOVE band! I am 1st chair and section leader at my Jr. High School, and it's so nice to meet people that love playing my instrument as much as I do! I also play other instruments as well and I am a singer but clarinet is my best so far! 3nodding

blaugh hey I'm a freshmen at Archbishop Rummel High School and I've been playing for about 5 years now cool .
last year was my first year at Rummel and i was stuck as an alternate xp
anyone who is also in Louisiana or goes to Rummel feel free to talk to me rofl or anyone else so lonely lol actually i just don't know anyone else thats in the band on gaia.

I'm a junior at my high school. I play clarinet naturally.
I was 5th chair in my school's Wind Symphony but next semester I will be in second. O_O I've been playing clarinet since sixth grade, which means... for 5-6 years?
I march. I both love and hate marching band, I want a wooden clarinet.

Im a Clarinet player in the Springtown Band. Ive been playin for bout 3 1/2 yrs. Ive never been out state for Competition tho. Im Currently in the Select band at my skool and one of the best players there. rofl
