how are there so many people on that list but none have posted a profile or any post anywhere else?

Actually most on the list have posted a profile or are in the process of doing so.

PupSage isn't joining in on the current RP but that's his choice.
COV is designing something. Not sure what. Looks like it's going to be something very thought out.
Yaroki has computer problems but once they're over I trust them to be active.
Red_Moon_Wolfess doesn't want to post until she completes her profile.
Haseo is discussing the merits of letting everyone retain old powerlevels.
Angel is planning and he's talked to me about what he wants to do. He's going to write a profile.
I ain't making excuses for Fef.
Zaine is designing a character but wants some help.
Naito just reappeared and he wants to wait a bit.

All in all they've all got plans on doing profiles. It's just we haven't seen them yet.

I named my character partially after the weapon they were using. You could do that.

Usually connecting the name to a key feature works though.
