Azeiel The Fallen I have a question. Do the chakra control reductions stack with the ability control reductions when using my bone jutsu? Ability Control doesn't give any chakra cost reduction nor penalty. It increases the power of the techniques you use that are related to your ability.

Bonuses of the same type don't stack. My own RPC has Tactical and Elemental types. If they stacked, I would get -6 learning posts for my element. As it is, I get -3.

Azeiel The Fallen It says in the chakra system section that it does. Azeiel, You came at a time in which the guild is undergoing a large scale renovation. While the total chakra levels are correct, the chakra control bonuses for several things are actually going through a renovation. We apologize but some things are out of date and we will be working our way through them ASAP. If you have any other questions we will be more than happy to answer them.
