You know, between working during the day and PT in the evening Monday through Sunday, I'm pretty tired when I get home where I gotta help my mom deal with my ADHD little brother and my three year old niece who was home with my grandma all day so she can rest to. And while I do enjoy cruising through and reading posts and such when I am home and able to be on Gaia, or on my phone during the day while I should be working, posting isn't always something that I can do because creatively coming up with anything decent is a little hard sometimes. Granted I try to anyway, this isn't the only RP I'm a part of and have obligations to, there are many others that also demand my activity. And while I try to, and trust me I do, I simply can't make posts in multiple places for all of those RPs every single day. Or every other day for that matter. I'm sure my story is a little specific and isn't the same for everyone else, but the point here is that you're not the only one who's got a lot to deal with. You're doing a whole bunch of stuff in real life and still managing to post, great stuff, but not everyone is you and you can't expect them to be. Now I'm not saying that you're completely wrong here, cause you're not, but I've seen enough dead threads to know the difference between a period of slow business and a truly dying thread. I'm not trying to tell you how to handle your stuff Aki and I'm probably not helping in the slightest, but reading the same rant over and over again within the period of a week or two does start to get old. You're stressed, that's cool. It happens. But don't take it out on us because some of us really are trying, even if it doesn't seem like it.

Aki, you know where I stand on roleplaying. I know everyone else is pretty busy, and sometimes creative flow doesn't always kick in for people; despite them being online or not. I agree that posting SHOULD increase just a bit. But we can't force people to post if they just aren't feeling it. Especially if they've had a bad day, or if they're just too tired. That's just the way things are.

I know some of you are, but there are SEVERAL people who haven't posted anywhere in a couple weeks now, and many who pop in once in a blue moon and the demand to be caught up on what the missed. And I'm making the same rant over and over because it's not getting through, and I'm getting sick of having to be a b***h and get mad at people. And considering NONE of my mods or SeeDs have done a damn thing to help pick up the roleplay, I'm doing this on my own. I see people lurking on Gaia ALL ******** day without so much as posting in the damn Quad, and I really don't think I'm asking too much by requsting that people who join this ROLEPLAY guild actually make an effort to post, especially if they are lurking around the site all day anyway. I'm not even asking people to be on all day every day, or even to post every single day. But I wan't a steady flow of roleplaying, and so far all the roleplaying I've gotten is scarce. You've always been a good poster, Shiro, and I know you've been having computer troubles and such, so you really have no reason to be concerned anyway. You are not on my s**t list. But unfortunately there are more than one other members who are, and until the activity picks up, you're just going to have to deal with my ranting. Generally I let the people who post frequently and well in this guild know that I appriciate it, often by giving them special missions, or in your case, I made you a squad leader. You should know that you are not one of the people at risk for being banned, and if you didn't, then I'm sorry that didn't come across. But trust me, the people I'm displeased with don't get any kind of privliges or appriciation from me.

Hey Aki, I don't know if this works for you for my reason for being away but I learn that my Employer for the Game Store I'm going to be working had fell into a Coma and there a good chance he may not come out of it so I'm not 100% focus knowing that and I known the owner for a long time and I'm just upset about it at the momentand I learn this 3 days ago -.-

I thank you for that Aki, but it's not me I speak up for. My status rarely concerns me, it's the others I worry about. I agree that people popping in asking to be updated and then vanishing when told to read it up themselves is annoying. And having to do things on your own is equally infuriating, trust me I know all about that. I just think giving the benefit of the doubt to some people is needed at times like this because let's face it, here there and everywhere, the world is in a bad place and average Joes and Janes like us feel it the most. I'd say the best thing for you to do is focus on the tasks you have before you in real life, don't let the guild weigh on you mind and try and enjoy yourself when you can. It won't be dead by the time you come back and when you do get back, those who haven't made the effort to save their skins or at least explain why they've been so unreliable should quite frankly get the boot temporarily or permanently based on their specific case. That way you trim the dead weight from the RP and show the thin ice folks you mean business. Two birds with one stone, and a lot less stress going all around. That's what I would do. Life's to short and stress makes it shorter.

Well its not like I can make people show up in a thread or rp with me cause most of the time everyone's in a pair doing their own thing and my posts would go ignored a lot so thats why the majority of my posts in Balamb Garden consist of Yami sleeping.
And the one thread I have posted in, no one's showing up for the class. So I can't really keep on posting there until it starts.
And I've given up checking in to see if the SeeD Exam is finished since its been dragging on and on. I hope to start the mission I was told I could start after the SeeD exams were done soon. Maybe then I could actually do something here.
And I agree with Sir.

That's exactly what I intend to do. I come to the guild to escape all the bullshit, stress, and heartache in my real life, and I'm SICK of fighting to keep it alive. That's why I'm letting everyone know that I will be banning people if the posts don't start picking up. But this guild has already died twice, and I was around to witness both. And both times it started with a decrease in activity and lack of effort to post. So I can't just not let the guild be on my mind. I have worked my a** off to restore and revive this guild and I'm going to be very angry if it dies again.

I've had my guild die a few times. I knew it was happening, the people in it just had a general lack luster feeling about the whole thing including myself. I can't speak for everyone but I think you've got a good amount of people who do care. A guild can't die as long as they're still two or three people who keep at it, and I can tell you right now that I don't intend on ever leaving this guild Aki. Even if there are only three or two people left, I'm gonna continue to RP here as long as I physically can, because I've grown fond of it and some of the people in it. It won't die. Not if I can help it.

@Yami, Thank for saying that man, it helps me to know that people think I have good grammer since I try my best to make some sense out of my post and if I have to go with three students that fine with me
and I have to agree with Shiro, I'm not going to let this guild die since this is the only ro guild that is base on Final Fantasy 8 and if all the other guilds need me then there just going to have to wait so I can help keep this Guild alive so I'm sorry for the rants before Aki, I'm trying my best so I hope I'm not on that List
