As amusing as that is, I have a genuine question that I should like answered. I'm hoping someone knows what's going on, cause I sure as heck don't.
What's the guild-wide plots with the knights about? And what makes them think they can summon obelisks willy-nilly?

The Knights plot is the new guild wide plot. It's just beginning so the plot devices need to be placed. It's so both main races can get involved.

Ceros are good and all but when you need destructive power on a mass scale.
Well anyway. Why not remotely call a force together. You have your shadows right and can commune with those who have absorbed them?
If that's true then why not get one of the people with them to gather up a small attack force. Or are all your allies with you?
Basically. If it bothers you so much. Why not just have another force do something about it!
In all honesty. I just want to try smash the damn thing over. Le'mme at 'em. Lemme at 'em!

The long and the short of it seems to be that a ton of shinigami are gonna be descending on us, ostensibly for revenge for the war a while back (that I wasn't really part of...). There's an ulterior motive for their invasion, but the way I figure it, we already have enough shinigami running around here who are FAR too big for their britches.
You have my full permission to attack any of them you like whenever you'd like wherever you'd like.
And, unfortunately, my shinigami servant is still in Las Noches, so I can't use her just yet. I might call on the Bounts to help us out, though.

I could save you a lot of trouble and kidnap them and take them all away to my underground lair.
I've got lots of Fraccion so I can call them in to take them away and throw them down there and then we could put a lid on the place.
Because you know. A lid will stop a small army of Shinigami.
