They got to the lake and could see Chev standing there, waiting. Idan let out a small squeal and tackled his brother excitedly "Chev! I missed you!"
Chev 'oofed' as he was knocked over but hugged his brother with an indulgent smile "Hello Idan. Mind letting me up so I can breathe?"

Darkfang kept her scanners on his alert monitoring the surrounding area while eying the brothers.

Chev eyed her a moment but smiled at his brother as Idan hopped off him
"Sorry! I was just excited..."
He patted his head "I understand... I've missed you as well. Its just safer for you to stay with Darkfang for now.."
Idan frowned "Only for now? When will it be safe for me to stay elsewhere?"
Chev paused "I'm... not sure. Maybe once you're cured?"
He nodded "Oh... ok..."
They were silent a few moments while Chev observed Idan "Have you been eating?"
Idan nodded "I have!"
"You look thinner.... and drawn. Have you been sleeping?"
"All I've done for the past couple of days is sleep..."
"Are you feeling ok? Did that reaction trigger anything else?"
"Chev calm down... I'm FINE.."
"No you're not. You look depressed..."
