(sorry for the absence. My internet is being...difficult)
The Hunter lets out a harsh sigh and props himself up with his scythe, looking at the halved skeleton. he spits on the bones as he painfully gets to his feet, looking up at the tree limb he had been sleeping on, and spies his black book. "I'm not climbing that again, not right now." Instead, he hurls his scythe upwards, knocking the book to the ground.

The Hunter picks up the book gingerly and, gripping it tight under his arm, starts walking through the woods, his body protesting as it heals oh-so-slowly. His eyes give off a minute reddish gleam under the rim of his hat.

Echo managed to limp back to the camp. She said she was attacked and had no idea who did it. witch was the truth, the had no idea who was this crazed humans.
Humans....if one is crazy they ignore them. Wolves are more practical. Crazed wolves are seen as a security risk to the pack. They kill their mad.
