The green stream of light was gradually growing smaller the further it traveled, the color fading. Kira couldn't hold onto this power for the whole trip, she was growing fatigued rather quickly. "I'm sorry...I can't endure much longer of this..." Kira said in a soft and apologetic tone of voice, she slowly made her descent towards the nearest planet, Maggie still in her grasp. "Rosa...we wont be arriving as soon as previously mentioned, my Novias manipulation isn't holding up as well as it should have..." Kira explained into the earpiece, hoping that the android had been tuned into the signal at this time. "...Please, if the starship Atlantis is currently safe, I need you to go to Syberius...and ask Victor for one of those Novias vaccines. Once you do so, I need you to come to our current location...I'll stay put here so its easier..." Kira seemed almost out of breath as she said all this to Rosa, not from speaking too much, but from the strain of maintaining this energy. She was able to hold onto the stream for a while, but as soon as they entered the skies of this planet, Kira immediately started to fall. Kira let go of Maggie just as the green energy started to fade completely, out of power, and out of strength.

"Yes, Kira, understood." Rosa replied, she had heard the message, but she tends to be more silent now. The android glanced down inside the Ascendant Dragon for a moment, her eerie looking golden eyes were mainly focused on Nolan at the time. Rosa seemed to be saying something to the group of people inside the ship, but from the outside of the ship, her words remained unheard. Rosa knelt down on the windshield, gripping the glass tightly, her gaze never once wavering from Nolan. She then pushed off the windshield with a powerful thrust, beginning her journey into space, to Syberius was her goal.

"Ah, but mister Nolan, you forget one thing... You're on a Pyresian ship, manned by Pyresian drones about twelve levels above your own starship, and every one of those robots has built-in weaponry." Jad replied, smiling. Behind Nolan, roughly ten of the impervious little drones stood, a barrel of some kind of weapon poking out of their hands, aimed at the Imperial man.
"Honestly, You made a serious tactical error on boarding my ship. I'm already a wanted enemy of the Empire, so what's to keep me from breaking more laws? I'll outlive them!" Jad gave a laugh an evil villain would have envied.

Nolan glanced quickly behind both his shoulders, now realizing the severity of the situation. His hand went immediately to the blaster at his belt, but he knew it would be foolish to draw it.
"Are you threatening the Empire?" Nolan asked. He represented the Empire for this incursion - therefor, any act of hostility to him was an act of hostility to the Empire.
As Nolan glanced around, immediately weary of the situation, his gaze then fell to Kaito. And, he hoped, that Mariel was somewhere nearby, so she knew about this, but also that she was somewhere safe.
She would have some pretty sneaky business in order to save his sorry hide from these enemies. If they turned out to be hostile.

Jad raised his hand as if in thought, then smiled, "Actually, yes. I believe I am. Yeah. Because if you think what I have now is something, you're in for a BIG surprise!" The holograph of the Jupiter spun slowly behind him, "I'm about to get a really big damn ship, with even more of these robots, and then, I'm going to do whatever the hell I want. And the Empire? I could care less what happens after that. I'll have an arsenal that trumps the entire damn Imperial fleet!
I think I'll have a party after that. A big damn party with lots of guests. And alcohol... lots and lots of alcohol. Nina, you're invited. Blake is too. But not Dr. Len... He hit me."
Kaito looked a bit nervous, "Nolan... you don't want to mess with this guy... He's insane... I checked his record... You know the defeat of the Navy at Saltheros II? That was him! In a fighter ship! He's busted out of the Imperial prison over sixteen times, and he's been charged with murder!"
Jad glared at Kaito, "It wasn't murder! It was self defense! He shot first!"
(I'd have a color for Jad, but bluish-white is hard to see...)

Nolan relaxed his tense muscles and removed his hand from the gun at his side, resigned now to his fate. Or a fate.
"It seems I have no choice. If you would do this, Jad," Nolan said, "then I can offer no more than a feeble resistance. I suggest you get a damn good ways away from the Empire, though, because it doesn't just rely on its Star Fleet."
Nolan was ready to be killed or taken prisoner. If they tried to kill him, he'd hell as go without taking somebody with him. Not that there was much chance as even that.
"Kaito... I'm disappointed," Nolan added.
Maggie awoke with the crashing of air against her face. She inhaled deeply, then flailed as she began immediately applying her species' rare trait of telekinesis to herself - and Kira, too, once the ally was noticed falling in the air.
They slowed considerably but did not stop. And Maggie was still glowing white as could be.

"Jad, stop this. No need to make the situation worse by threatening him." Nina sighed, rubbing her finger tips against her temples. "Uhhhhhg... Come on. Jad has nothing to do with my finacial situation, so lets go aboard the Atlantis. I keep my records there." She groaned then turned, walking back to the teleporter on Jad's ship.

Nolan's gaze followed Nina as she walked away, but he did not move. As far as he understood it, she was under Jad's employ, so her word meant nothing. If Nolan tried to follow her, without seeing Jad's reaction, he'd like as not end up with a hole in his head, all courtesy of the psychotic admiral of a dead race.

((As he comes to understand the situation, sans contracts. It's obvious that the people Nolan's dealing with aren't exactly... official and, possibly, legit, but disregarding that, Nolan still has weapons aimed or being closed to aimed at him. Gotta wait for teh SPI's executive decision.))
