I got a small cat that thinks she's Gab xd
And from the way I see it, a few months of annoying pests vs. all year round of annoying pests? I think the choice would be obvious. I just have to put up with bugs for a few months and the first time frost hits they're gone

Well, in Canada we have what's called 'frost', which is not really snow, it's more like it got that cold overnight that everything outside is like ice crystals. When that starts, leaves start dying, and bugs stop appearing.

... sad You didn't answer my question... Is snow like Hale? Is it cold hard stuff that falls to the ground, and beats you over the head, and breaks windows when it gets to be the size of baseballs?

No, snow's lighter and can range for a few flakes of it falling to full blown blizzards that drop five feet of the stuff, or more.
