The Heart of Chaos is underneath this building, in the boiler room, presumably. But several days ago, a fire broke out and compromised reality down there. There are cracks of nothingness showing through the walls...

The Boiler Room is pristine. No evidence of a fire exists. The cracks in the wall are gone.
The spot where Tad Ryerstad was killed remains, untouched as it has been since the day it occurred.
