I strech, but I still over-exert myself. I won't hurt when I'm stretching or going through my rounds, but it's the next day when I really ache, and after two days of this, it's just building up.
Oh boy, I'm more flexible! Oh boy, I'm less pain tolerant!

blaugh I do a lot of stretching too, before I run, so I know how it goes.

And presumably, most of my center of gravity in my hips, and a**. I have to be hell of careful too, because of the massive strain on the neck, wrists, and ankles which are weaker and worser injuries.

I rarely have that problem, but then again I concentrate on the legs these days. Five nights a week.

Ugh, just walking around is a little worse than it should be. Ibuprofen is going to become a diet staple soon. gonk
