The internet.
That's where I find my music. Or I borrow CD's from other people.
There's a site called ocremix.org, where a community of people come together to take classic video game melodies and remix them into epic soundtracks (hard rock, classic, etc.) I get a lot of my thinking music for writing from there. Final Fantasy remixes are the best.
