well if you look in the ~The Shinobi Academy~ every one is posting there to learn skills. so i did the same. also im form Hidden Arts. and i cant find my profile in there.

If your profile isn't in Arts, that means one of two things is likely the reason.
-You didn't post it in the profile thread for approval?
-You did post it there, but quite some time ago, and haven't been active for long enough that your character was wiped for inactivity. (With an addendum that you wouldn't have posted in the Leave of Absence thread.)
Do either of those apply?

From what I have seen...
If RPC A has a made-up technique that allows him to turn into a turtle, but RPC B comes along and his character is all about turtles and tries to get his made-up that allows him to turn into turtles approved, would RPC B be denied because someone has a made-up that does that already?
Just curious because I have seen made-ups that allow a ninja to shoot an arc of lightning when people and villages already have them.

If you are creating a Made up that is similar to someone elses made up, you must get permission from the person to use their made up and or tweak it to be your own.
Kind of like how I had to ask Ryu if I could use his Eternal Mangekyou Made up on my Uchiha, but tweak it to be my own.

RPC B would need to contact RPC A and request learning a jutsu similar.
Most of the time, if there is a technique similar in the guild already, the made up in question is placed on a pending. And the role player is informed of the standing technique already in existence, if they do not care, and want it to be their made up, then their made up is approved

I'll let you in on a little secret. If a person uses lightning as their made up, guess what? Thats a natural occuring element in the guild. Just like if a person has a made up that involves dirt, that doesn't mean that every single person that has a made up involving dirt has to ask the other person for permission. For that technique, I took an already existing technique you can learn in a village and amplified its power for my made up. Not making myself 'bleep' in and out of the space time continuum so that I can God mod my way to victory.

If you have Sharingan, you have access to Chidori.
If you have Mangekyou you have access to what you get for that.
When Reaver got his Sharingan, he gained access to everything non-Mangekyou restricted. Due to having the Sharingan eyes.

If you have Mangekyou you have access to what you get for that.
When Reaver got his Sharingan, he gained access to everything non-Mangekyou restricted. Due to having the Sharingan eyes. Cool. Joker is going to have Chidori..

Hmm, two questions about the new rule changes.
For no sharing words between characters:
I've been posting shared posts for two of my characters, in Hidden Federation, since they've been traveling together and such. How would I fix this as far as not sharing words? Maybe just halve it, they each get half, good enough?
For setting up single or dual Element users:
Would it be easier to just post a character's profile, to make sure that they don't possess any off-limit techs? Like my Kagerou is a Genin, and because of her clan techs, almost certainly a Wind Element. Yet she current has:
Earth Barrier Clay Prison
Birth of Dense Woodland (Mokuton- Water and Earth)
and a few others. Would it be easier to just post her profile, or the seemingly more work option of adding an Element to all the techs that have one+, then leave the individual works for TCs? Thinking the first, though the second might be something to work toward, same as finishing labeling them with their type of tech, Nin/Gen/Tai and so on?

Just divide the chakra in half for the two characters.
So 400 chakra, would be 200 for each character in question.
Honestly, I gave myself one of two choices for the elements thing.
I just struck out what elements I didn't have access to yet (IE: Lightning Element for my Uchiha for example) and then when she gets to Chuunin, I'll simply have it become accessible.
So it's to the likeness of you having just trained for raw chakra, until you have access to that element.
If you didn't plan on Earth as an element (I've been playing Plant/Wood/Rock/Earth/Mud/Dirt/Sand all as the Doton(Earth) Element, for the sake of simplicity.) then remove the techniques in question as a TC post.
IE:
"I need "This
This
This
This
and This removed.
Which sums up to #### Chakra"
And then simply replace them with techniques for the correct chakra type for your character which sums up equally and state that those are your replacements for the removed techniques.

Hmm, I actually like that 'sealed away' option, just because it seems the easiest. Assuming all the techs are easy enough to figure out, which they hopefully will be.
And alright, whenever I actually make a TC for them, I'll be sure to do that.

You cant do that for future training though.
So if you're not Fire element, you wont be running round "Saving" fire jutsu for later.

Ah, alright. I think I'll only really need to worry about that for any future free techs with a time limit, if I can find a freebie of this or that Element, rather than a specific one.
