Fenrir, you need to take a serious reevaluation of the condition of this guild. If what Des said is right, this Sin storyline has been going on for seven months. How much longer will it take to finish and how many members are even involved in it? And how many members do you think will be around when it is over? You were given the captain seat again in a time of turmoil, you can't just think that you can ignore the problems and things will be rosy. Action needs taken.

In regards to the Sin arc, I remember talking about it when I was still crew, and that was indeed months ago. Right now there's the 7 sins, Fenrir, Lili, and maybe a small handful of others. Most people don't even want to bother with it unless they are like Expert or above, because that's what most of the sins are around. Speaking of the Sins, who has Envy now?

Okay, shortest replies to what I managed to see since coming home...
1. No sin combustion. We started this b***h a** arc and we're gonna damn well finish it. We already have a host team (Beth and Lili) and a vengeance team (Fenrir and Elise) trying to gather sins as fast as possible. Of course, they have to conflict with current hosts, which will make this tale longer because everyone dodges everything and no one ever loses around here. (Personal opinion)
2. Yes, we need to do some major cleaning. We can definitely downsize to two or three factions in the world.
3. That sucks balls that Neko left.
Did I miss anything?

I hate the fights with the other sin hosts because of what I said above.

A good way to fix the auto-dodging crap would be to have an unbiased party judge fights, but that might be tedious sweatdrop
Edit: Oh and I actually take hits, but I'm almost never in a fight xd

Get that, two people. And they may not even be gone for long. Its been less than a day and already you're talking about changing everything about the guild, and I think you're getting ahead of yourself. Now, we're not giving up on this arc. It may have been around for a while but only recently have people started to take it seriously because only recently have we had characters strong enough to take the challenge. In any case, players are actively involved and i'm not going to take their progress away from them. The only thing i'm looking to do is make the appropriate changes what're needed to ensure that we still have cities open with active leaders to train and otherwise take care of the lower ranked characters. The game hasn't changed. Its just a little more exciting.

Darn, there goes my chance at getting envy, my character has no reason to hunt sins since pride is the only one he wants to kill and the others are just faceless.

You have lost two in the past couple days, but you also have a large amount of inactive members and almost half of your crew are absentees. You have trouble attracting new members and your existing members are trying to work around a story line that you want to make all important that only involves a few people. You have an ever changing world that is near impossible to understand because it seems to change on a whim with little to no explanation.
You do what you like. I was just making suggestions. But you also have a host of ridiculous rules that inhibit rather than protect your roleplayers. I think that you have more problems than you realize.

I think that you have more problems than you realize. This seems accurate on some counts, one deceptive thing about the guild is that so many people have multiple characters so it often seems more active than it truly is but also loosing just one person for any length of time can mean loosing 2 or more characters that may have been needed by others for their RP's. Really if you look at it, the top 10 characters position or strength wise probably belong to three or four people. If I am exaggerating it isn't by much. My point is really just that suggestions for how to get and retain new members should be considered carefully and not simply dismissed because one aspect of them doesn't work. Pool the suggestion and take the best points to improve the guild then just discard the worst.
