Ami walked into the Great Hall in a rather gloomy mood after Andrew's injury. She really didn't like it when she caused bad things. It reminded her of her past. Something she would rather forget. Then she saw a girl that looked about her age sitting at the Hufflepuff table. She looked like she was alone, so she decided to walk over to where she was sitting. Who knows? She thought to herself. We could become really good friends later. She plopped down in the seat and flashed a perfect smile. "Hey, I'm Ami. You new?" she asked in a friendly tone.

Azrael Rain 1st Year Hufflepuff~ Azrael looked up, slightly startled as she had been deep in thought, when another girl that looked about her age sat down next to her and spoke with a smile. Azrael gave a friendly smile back "Hello, I'm Azrael and yes, this is my first year, what about you?"

Ami pondered for a second. "I guess you could say that. I mean, I was here last year for the last day of school, but I decided to retake my first year. So, " she asked curiously, "have you always known about magic, or are you a muggle-born?"

Azrael Rain 1st Year Hufflepuff~ She hesitated for a moment. "I've always known about magic. Why? Are Hufflepuffs normally muggle borns? Both my parents are magical, but since they didn't spend much time with me when I was little, so all I ever learned was they were both Slytherin when they attented here," she answered with a puzzled look on her face.

((Hi you guys! It's me, Lil, I made this mule with Devon, we need a tougher BA Slytherin so I made Rhiannon here.)) Rhiannon entered Hogwarts and smirked. It wasn't as impressive as everyone made it sound. Whatever. She sat down at the Slytherin table and began to play with her food. She was transferred here from another Wizarding school and she missed it there. Still, her stupid mother wanted her safe here, since it was rumored to be the best school ever, and now that her dad was in Azkaban, she wanted to rest of the family to be safe. Still. She was determined not to like it here. She looked around the Great Hall to see all the students talking and scowled.
All of the girls were so gorgeous it made her sick. They all had perfect skin and smiles. Her smile was yellowed and she had little zits and freckles dotting her pale face. She looked down at her black limp hair. Everyone else had extremely long hair, hers was 4 inches or so past her shoulders. Whatever. She didn't care. She really didn't. She had one guy at home who loved her plenty. And she smiled a bit at that, thinking of her older boyfriend back home. He was 18, so technically he was too old to be dating her, but did she care? Not really. He was one of those cool guys that have a motorcycle and no future. But she liked that. She didn't want her future planned or layed out in front of her like some fancy priss with the gold to pay for it. He was working to make the motorbike fly too...they'd travel the world together when she left this dump. Well..maybe it wasn't that dumpy. But she didn't have to take any garbage here, or she's be out. She was superior, a pure blood. She doubted any of these people knew that, or they should all be lining up just to look at her. There were few purebloods left after the Dark Lord was defeated, but she remained. Her stupid pure-blood mother at least had the sense to marry another pureblood. Her mother wasn't named Rhiannon though, she'd gotten that from her father's side. Her father's noble pure-blooded ancestors chose wonderful names for their children, twice they had chosen Rhiannon. Now three times. So what if she wasn't considered "gorgeous". Her face would last longer at least. A couple years ago before her father was imprisoned, he'd caught and killed a unicorn. Fascinated, a pre-teen girl then, she followed in her father's footsteps and drank the unicorn blood. She wasn't aiming to be like the Dark Lord and murder, but she did like the idea of feeling no pain. True, her life had been thouroughly messed up since then, but it would be worth it in the end.

☆·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸. ·´¯`·.¸¸.☆ It was time. She had been burried in her books, busy with everything else in the world, and he hadn't spent enough time with the people she wanted to spend it with. The girl needed a break, and she knew it very well. "I am back!" she said aloud as she made her entrance into the great hall. Not that it really mattered, no one would care anyway. The girl walked on in and took a seat. She was ready to stuff her face.
She sat down, not paying attention to the people around her, and just started to pile the stuff on her plate, and then just started to chow down. The girl was hungry, and she wasn't going to hide it. Feeling like this always made her feel nervous, she she had to get down to the great hall right away before she began to get shaky. It was better this way anyway. Taking all of this into account, she realized how much different the school felt with the little kids and the new professors. Yeah, it was only her second year, but she already felt like she was making her way to the top. Now only if she could find her friends and get this hogwarts stuff started. She was sad to know that she missed quidditch tryouts, but she would have a chat with Sparrow right away, and apologize for missing it. Then, right away, she would begin training to be a backup player, and be there to cheer the team on every step of the way. She wasn't going to mess up this year. No, she would make this year a good one.

Things were picking up again in classes and she was getting quite busy. That meant long nights and early mornings. Not to mention the drama going on in her life with Caiden and Lucas. She sighed as she walked into the great hall and didn't even notice anybody inside. Fionna was so lost in thought that she did not realize herself walking to the incorrect side of the hall. It wasn't until she was walking down the slytherin table that she noticed all the green and silver near her. Fionna's focus shifted tor reality and she quickly turned around to head back to the gyrffindor table only her foot snagged on one of the benches and she toppled over bringing the bench and its one occupant with her. (Rhi)
Fionna was disoriented a moment before she crouched and got up. She found a girl that had toppled over because of her and offered her a hand to get up. "I'm so sorry here let me help." She said as her hand was outstretched. "I really should pay more attention tor reality whilst walking around." She added so it wouldn't sound like it was on purpose or anything. Fionna's face was a tad distraught. She had never seen the slytherin and hoped that she hadn't just made a terrible first impression on the girl.

"DAMNIT!" Rhi yelled as the bench came crashing down and she landed on her butt with a thud. This stuff ALWAYS happened to her, she was just unlucky. No joke, her life was cursed. She stood up and brushed herself off a bit, scowling. She was ready to lash out again, thought perhaps not make threats, it would be unwise with so many people around. She opened her mouth but suddenly changed her tone. She'd just noticed the prefect badge gleaming on the girl's chest. Of course. She runs into two gorgeous people who were both prefects. She would've loved nothing more than to scream and knock this girl to the ground, but didn't. Still. She wasn't going to stoop so low as to touch her hand. Filthy blooded. She wasn't about to get her pureblood mixed with them.
"It's alright." She said in a convincingly sweet voice, though her eyes remained cold, empty, dead. She stood up on her own and pulled her bookbag over her shoulder. "So you're a Gryffindor?" She asked, pointing out the obvious. "My name's Rhiannon, what's yours?"
She was a fairly good actress, she's had so much expierience. She wanted to know this girl's name so she could watch out for her, Gryffindors were trouble.

She ignored that for the time being and smiled as the girl seemed to change tone after gaining her composure.
Though the girl did ignore Fionna's help it could be for a few reasons. Fionna ignored that as well as the girl introduced herself. She seemed quite nice, but her eyes just didn't match quite right. "It's nice to meet you. I'm Fionna." She said in response to her comment. "Are you alright? I'm not usually so clutsy." Fionna added for something to say. Rhiannon seemed fine, but it was always good to ask and make sure.

Rhi's face was tense when Fionna asked the question. No I'm not fine, you just knocked me over and my books are covered in tea!? She thought. But she wasn't about to risk getting mixed up with anymore prefects, or she'd be in way too much trouble. "Yeah, I'm fine." She said sweetly. Her eyes seemed to flash a bit as she said it. She wasn't usually so clutsy? "Well I guess I just got lucky then." Rhi said, the slightest edge to her voice now. She always hated pretending, she was a Slytherin and proud of it. While one part of her said just be cool, calm down, you need to stay here, it's here or Azkaban at this point... Another part was saying, fine give me the dementors, I don't care about them, I can't die, remember? It's better than dealing with these Mud and half bloods...
She smile on her face didn't falter, but it didn't look human. Since she was 12, she never looked the same, either. Her looks were still the same. She had the same slightly yellowed smile, light black hair, hazel eyes. Yet she was different. An evil seemed to emenate from within her, like her blackened heart shown on the outside.

"I was just curious, seems that there have been a lot of students at Hogwarts who don't know about magic this year. Since you know about Hogwarts already, I guess I won't have to give you a tour!" She nodded when Azrael mentined her distant parents."I've had my share of an unhappy child hood too. All of my ancestors were Slytherin, so when my mother found that my older sister was sorted into Ravenclaw, she threatened to not pass the company to her..." she paused for a second then continued. "But that's not a problem now...since my sis was killed by a member of the Lestrange family in the Battle of Hogwarts...so yeah..." She took another sip of her pumpkin juice, and swallowed. "My third year bro is in Gryffindor, and I'm in Ravenclaw so my parents aren't very happy about that. They're pureblood extremists, so we've never had many friends. My brother was even sent to Durmstrang for two years before he transfered here after a nasty incident." She sniggered once she remembered why, but she had sworn not to tell, and Alex was rather talented at the Dark Arts. "So yeah, I can totallly relate to you. My parents never saw us unless it was an important occasion since they're so busy with the company. I know it's critical that they work since the company's the third largest in the wizarding world, but you know, being at least civilized to us wouldn't have been that hard."

Azrael Rain 1st Year Hufflepuff~ "Oh... wow, I'm so sorry about your sister," she said with a distraught look on her face, her heart sinking. She ran her hand over Phantom's back as she took the last sip of her tea. "You're lucky to still have your brother though, all I've ever had is Phantom and I didn't find him until I was around 6 years old, he was a stray kitten. My parents didn't even go with me to Diagon Alley, then when I wrote them a letter telling them where I got sorted and how I was. They sent me back a letter that said 'Never step on our property again, you are no longer our child,' but then again I never was," she said with a bitter yet sad tone about her voice.

She had been so sweet at first but now there was a sense of venom in her voice. Fionna wasn't sure what to think of this and decided to ignore it for the time being. "That's good. Don't want you to have to go to the hospital wing." She said nodding.
Fionna decided that this conversation was getting a bit odd and that it may be best to hurry and get some food. "Well I need to get some food before gong to quidditch practice. If you ever need any help please don't be afraid to ask me." She said with a big smile. Fionna waited for a response not wanting to just walk away in case Rhi had a question or something of those sorts.

Rhiannon couldn't help it anymore. She laughed a bit and put her hand to her mouth so Fionna couldn't see the huge grin on her face. True, she'd wanted to impress this prefect so she didn't look suspicious. But honestly, she was a bit sick of faking now. She raised her eyebrow and said, "A Gryffindor prefect? Help a Slytherin around? Thanks, but no thanks. I can take care of myself." She stopped laughing and smirked a bit. "I don't accept help from Half-bloods and Mudbloods anyways." She smiled sarcastically, her tone dripping false sweetness. She'd turned sour and the dead look she's had for a while now was showing in her face. But she didn't really care. At least she knew the girls name now, and could watch out for her. That's all she really cared about. She was always quick and clever when is came to figuring things out and escaping trouble, but she could never be too careful. She tended to get...unlucky every once in a while, but as long as she was careful, she was usually fine. The cursed life tended to come into play with her father getting thrown in jail and her getting stuck here. Just to rub it in the Gryffindor's prefect's face, she waggled her fingers, waving goodbye with a malicious, shadowy grin on her face. "Well, why are you just standing there. Thought you had Quidditch practice to get to, miss perfect?"
