Avatar was pretty good. To be honest, it's merely a decent movie with incredible special effects. The plot is kind of interesting, but it's nothing special. The special effects are what make the movie good.
Inglourious Basterds was good. It was slow at times, but the ending was incredible. Loved the final scene.

Both of those movies were good. I think Avatar's plot was pretty cliche in some ways, but in the end, it works for this kind of movie. The technology to make the epic graphics was made in New Zealand.Inglourious Basterds is incredibly funny and graphic. Which is what I like! Oh, and, speaking of my home New Zealand, we have the world's first practical jet pack. Though, it is huge and only gets about 3 feet off the ground.

I was hesitant to see Avatar at first, cause I figured it would just be another special effects bonanza with nothing to carry it through. But I got hooked when I watched it for the first time, especially with the mind-blowing facial rendering tech they used in the movie. Epic
And Inglorious Bastards (I never spell it with an E, because it just looks stupid!) was another smash from Tarantino. Sure it was a complete re-writing of history, but if anybody could have done it, it was Tarantino.

Damn straight woot! This... read it.It's a sin to not like Halo Reach. Just look at how beautiful it is... AND ITS NOT EVEN IN BETA YET! You know that means that the there will be another few layers of detail until it comes out looking like you are fighting through a window right?

Don't mistake my woot for indifference because I love the halo games...I just find it hard to be excited about something that I'll never get to play
I only played the first two cause my friend had it on his xbox, I've never even played Halo 3 or Halo Wars, and I find it unlikely that I'll ever get to play Halo Reach (Even though I want to very, very, very, VERY badly!)
