Echo shook her head. "I mean, I would expect someone with your secret to lie about it, I'm not saying you lied to me. Its easy to assume everyone is human if they can talk to me." Echo was alightly worried now, but she kept it from showing on her face.

Talon sighed softly. "Yes I know...I was the same when I was human as well. My apologies." he brought her hand to his lips and kissed the back of it.

Echo tilted her head up until she was facing Talon. "Its fine, you're right." she blushed slightly when Talon kissed her hand. "I have to thank you though."

"What for? You already thanked me for the books." Talon stated softly, still not letting go of her hand.
Kale chuckled. "I know what you meant love. You know I like to tease." he replied, smiling. He kissed her forehead when she batted her eyes at him. "I was researching vampire pregnancy." he told her finally.

Talon silently swallowed, his instincts cried at him to take her blood once more, drink her dry. He pulled his hand away. "You should be on your guard at all times around me. I may be kind now, but something will go wrong at one point, and I won't be able to stop myself from hurting you." he hated to have her be on guard, but he needed her to be weary of him, not comfortable and trusting. So he put all his effort in his words to scare her. She didn't yet know what kind of being he was, and he didn't want her to find out anytime soon.
Kale grinned and pushed her hair behind her ears. "And it is possible, and rare, to get a female mate pregnant, but only on a certain moon cycle. Now I'm not going to tell you what cycle it'll be cause I plan to love you every night anyway."

Kale shrugged. "I don't mind being a father just as I don't mind not having a child. So either way I win. You however, just seem to come to me in hopes of making said child, even if it weren't possible I know you'd try to have one with me anyway." he tilted his head back a bit as she kissed his face. "So, I'm pretty sure you want to have me every night and day if I don't ware you out."

((Not saying this to be mean or to lessen your chance of roleplay, but since Cayden and Selene are of practically no use, do you want to get rid of them or keep playing? I understand if you don't, and if you do... Therefore either way I will be content. But like I said, they're not going any where, and I don't know where they would even end up. If you'd so choose to end them, we wouldn't have to kill them.... Just forget or make them move away or something and maybe bring them back later. Your opinions?))
Kaida rubbed her lips together in thought before sighed. She looked up at him and said, "Do you even want a child. You say you don't mind," She paused then, looking away, "But if you don't actually want one, I would understand." She said this meaningfully as well, for she wouldn't make Kale do something he really didn't want to do.

Echo nodded, she could understand why it was dangerous. She didnt really think that there was much she would be able to do if Talon attacked her though. He was stronger, and how was she supposed to run away when she couldnt see what was infront of her? "Ok, but make sure you tell me when your coming, and which direction to run, cause I might run towards you." She tried to lighten the mood.

(lol i already asked if it was ok, but yea it's totally fine with me if selene and cayden aren't in for now.)
Kale hesitated for a moment before he answered. "I wouldn't mind having one, but I am nervous. I've been a vampire all my life, from what I can remember at least, I've never had the feelings a human man would get when he's in love or married. It's all a completely new concept to even think of a kid when most vampires thought it impossible because it is so rare to even conceive one. Yea I still have emotions, but unlike humans, vampires don't really have the feelings of needing to have kids to further the generation and race since we can just make our own vampires without having to worry about making them. So forgive me if you find out you're pregnant and I'm not very...enthusiastic about it, I guess. Because I don't and won't know how to react to it. I would be happy of course, but the process of the cycles and what to do when it comes, I'm clueless."
Talon chuckled dryly. "Unfortunately, no human can out run me. Nor can they hide. Humans have...an alluring scent, its impossible to cover, I could smell you five miles away and be there in seconds without even trying. Worse for humans, is that most don't understand, my kind love the chase and fight they provide, for some it excites them in more than one way, gives them the thrill of the hunt. Humans are the main food source for us, but not the only one so you have no need to worry about those in this house."
