"Bye, bye," Ebony hissed, waving as he fell to the ground before disappearing into the earth. Even with that everlasting smirk on his face Mitsu knew the Pokemon was disappointed, as was she. "Well, a risk was a risk," she muttered slightly annoyed that it hadn't worked. With a heavy sigh the girl recalled her fallen Gengar. "You did an amazing job Ebony. We'll get them next time for sure."
What to do next, now that was the question. Ivy was easily one of her top Pokemon, but then again Kilik had that Flygon and his Flareon. I don't want Ivy to face another Fire type. She frowned, all of her Pokemon were at a disadvantage to Kilik's, well the ones she assumed were on his current team. "Well," Mitsu smiled weakly, "I've no real choice here. I choose you! Apollo!"
The magnificent silver horse appeared, neighing. Clearly this was a battle and he wouldn't let Dante's little sis down. Dante had trusted Mitsu so he would do the same. The loyalty he once held for Dante as a trainer now belonged to Mitsu and he was ready to prove that he could hold his own. Dante had raised him well, and needless to say, so would she.
"This is our first Apollo," Mitsu said knowing full well that Aggron couldn't escape a KO at this point. "We'll start things of with Sunny Day!" He’s asleep, and Apollo is fast enough to dodge any attack that he could throw should he wake up. But that was pretty unlikely. This gives me a good opportunity to boost up our chances for the next battle.
Apollo reared his head and front hooves, neighing loudly. Suddenly the sun came shining down much, much stronger than before.

"No way!" Annie Sinclair shrieked, "You've got to give me a table. With a view! Don't you know who I am? I'm Annie Sinclair!" And indeed she was. The girl with raven locks and matching colored eyes. Eyes that spewed fire and daggers! Well not really, but the poor waiter sure thought so. Heck, he'd feel a lot more comfortable standing next to a group of hungry Gyrados than this woman.
"Um, um. I'm sorry ma`am. W-w-w-we just don't have any tables left," the man whimpered, cringing under the woman's glare.
"TCH! Fine!" she nearly screamed, getting up close and personal with the poor man's face. She stomped off, comical dun dun dun noises could almost be heard. "C'mon Fearow," she said, a pout on her face, "let's go find some real food." And with that she swung her legs over the brown bird, who took off heading west from the fancy resort area in the middle of nowhere.

The Thunderbolt attack dropped the Gyarados like a rock, but rather than recall the giant beast before it hit the ground London just let him fall, the floor cracking and shattering beneath his weight. London pouted as his coat fluttered from the gust of the serpent's collapse; he had planned on ordering for a Dragon Rage next, too...just to wreck the place. Hmph.. The boy recalled his pokemon and launched out the last one, a plan already formulated in his head.
Rock Blast! Even if we can't win we're going to tear this place apart! London commanded to the Rhydon that appeared. With a roar the large creature slammed her fists into the floor, cratering a small area right in front of her. Grabbing chunks of broken floor she launched them at the Dragonite.

"Watch out! It's an Ice Beam!" Junko shouted to her worn out partner. His Squirtle already knows Ice Beam!? Unless Hades can get out of the way fast enough, we're done.
Hearing his trainer's voice Hades did his best to maneuver out of the attack's way before it hit. As he fled the beam collided with his back side. Half of the ghost Pokemon's body went numb as the hit sent him spiraling to the ground.
Junko immediately ran to her fallen Pokemon's side on the battlefield. "Hades, are you alright?" she asked in a greatly concerned voice, wiping away flakes of ice with her gloved hand.
"yooouu..." The Duskull replied softly. A good rest is all that would be nice right now... Hades turned his glowing red eye to the ground. He felt a bit ashamed that he had let his best friend down. He had done his best however, and he could tell by her voice that she wasn't angry. The next time he battled he swore to do much better.
"Thanks for battling with me Mr. Kevin." The purple haired girl turned to her opponent. "You're pretty good." Junko took the lone pokeball from her belt and recalled her Duskull. She planned to take him promptly to the center in Olivine. The girl raised her self from the ground, twisting her waist to make sure she had a clear view of her backside. Once she was done dusting herself off the young girl made her way over to the boy with magnificent blond hair. "I'm heading to Olivine now, so see ya around." She said, extending her gloved hand.

Riza couldn't help but be amazed at how empty the beach was today, though it was nice to not have to fight her way through hoards of people. "Where exactly are we going anyway?" she asked, adjusting the little psychic Pokemon who was still perched happily on her shoulder. Riza swore the little Pokemon was already bigger than when they first met yesterday. "We also don't have to go so far as to pack a lunch either. We can just fish for a while then head back to town. Besides, the place I was talking about is down this way, a bit past where the actual beach ends."
When the little hut came into view Riza slowed down, realizing this was where Crenu had been heading. She'd seen this place yesterday though she hadn't thought much of it at the time. She didn't know what brought her tall blonde companion here and she really didn't want to know why. Sneasel's cries caught her attention then and she turned to see the agile Pokemon giving chase to what appeared to be her scarf. It had come undone at some point and was now being carried away by the wind, much to the Pokemon's dismay. "Oh no," Riza mumbled, feeling her heart sink a little as the silken scarf floated away down the beach, though comically just up out of the Sneasel's reach.
Ralts, on the other hand, was pointing at her teammate and giggling like mad. Sneasel turned and shot a very dirty look at the small psychic, though when she realized her scarf was truly out of reach she plopped down in the sand and began to cry. Realizing that she'd hurt Sneasel's feelings Ralts stopped laughing and tilted her head to the side before she closed her eyes and vanished from Riza's shoulder in a small flash of light. She reappeared a ways down the beach, looking up at the silky scarf as it flew overhead. She extended her small white arms up, a greenish-aura reaching up that looked like a larger extension of her own hands to reach up and grab the flyaway scarf before it could be lost forever. Riza meanwhile had walked over to where Sneasel was and had picked her up and was trying her best to comfort her. Both trainer and Pokemon stopped and stared at the Ralts as she reappeared on the ground next to them, a big smile on her face, scarf in hand.

Keegan muttered his thanks to the two ruffians and pushed past them before entering into the Pokemon Center. He gave Jaeshan a very unimpressed look before making his way over to the computers and sitting down. "Well Jae, I guess you'd better get good at double battles then, eh? I really don't want to have to take on these two chowderheads all by myself so you'd better back me up," he retorted, though he didn't mean for it to sound as rude as it did. He entered his information into the computer and selected the Pokemon transfer program, though he found himself unable to make a quick decision. He drummed his fingers against the desk, brow furrowed in thought. I wonder if this is how she felt every time she swapped her Pokemon around, he thought, looking over at the happy Sealeo still sitting on the ground nearby. She let out a cheerful bark and Keegan looked back at the keyboard before he made a choice. "I was going to send her back home for a while after I caught a bigger flying Pokemon anyway," he said aloud as he selected Artemis' Pokeball and set it in the tray. "Be a good girl and don't give my parents too much trouble." He looked away as the Pokeball vanished and he logged out of the computer system before he looked over at Jaeshan again. "Let's go," he said curtly. "No one insults my Pokemon and walks away unscathed."

There was nothing Raichu could do to defend himself against Napalm's Overheat so he simply closed his eyes and braced himself for impact. He felt like he'd been thrust into a preheated oven and locked in, and he could feel more of his fur burning away as he tumbled backwards. Panting heavily, the mouse struggled to his feet, though he was barely able to remain in a standing position. A few sparks crackled from his cheeks and he raised his paws up boxer-style, daring the Magmar to bring it on.
Surge laughed, and held his hands up defensively. "Whoa, there, Raichu. I think that's enough," the large man said softly, striding out onto the battlefield (his heavy footfalls echoing loudly through the gym). He bent down and picked up the singed and exhausted Raichu, who practically collapsed in his trainer's arms, but not before looking over at Napalm and grinning, following it up with a thumbs-up of respect. "Well there boy, you won! How about that!" Despite the loss Surge seemed to be in good spirits, and he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small, gold-plated box which he then tossed to Mike. "Yer winnin's," he said with a nod - the box contained some cash, the TM for the gym's special move Shock Wave, and last but certainly not least, the prestigious Thunder Badge.
=-=-=-=-= Jaeshan had been trying to think of something to say to Keegan's retort, but the redhead's words had stung and he couldn't think of anything other than to nod along stupidly. Of course he'd do his best to help out - he wasn't a weak trainer or anything like that, he just hadn't participated in a lot of double battles. He studied the row of PCs for a moment before he too sat down at one of them, quickly logging in. He didn't even bother to ask Keegan which Pokemon he swapped out for fear of getting his head bitten off and instead he just nodded, finished up his own little errand and followed the redhead outside.
Their heavyset opponents were still waiting for them when they came outside, and Jaeshan was fairly certain that Keegan would be letting Shiva defend her honor. Okay, so I should pick a Pokemon that would work well with a Water-type like Shiva... he thought, taking his PokeDex out of his pocket and scrolling through to Sealeo's entry. She's also part Ice-type to... Hrm. The two men were chuckling to themselves as the boys caught up with them and soon the four had found a place to battle. Jaeshan soon realized that this had been the same spot he and Robin had 'battled' on yesterday, and he grinned at the memory.
"Two Pokemon each!" the apparently leader of the duo said gruffly. "And the first Pokemon I choose for battle is Henry, my Mightyena!" The canine appeared on the field, barking and growling viciously. The sight of it made Jaeshan's skin crawl a little and he suddenly realized just how scary his own Mightyena could appear to be sometimes.
"My first Pokemon will be Combusken," Jaeshan announced, tossing out the sphere. The fighting chicken appeared in a flash of light, already lashing out with her strong legs. After yesterday's fiasco with that Aipom, she was ready for some serious fighting now.
=-=-=-=-= Shocker quickly took several steps back, averting her eyes from the Noctowl's attempt at hypnosis. She knew that if she fell asleep, that would be it... she'd have no chance to get out of here and get back to Kassie... The Raichu's ears twitched and she glanced behind her in time to see the Espeon from before close off her only exit. Drat, the mouse thought, closing her eyes. Only thing I can do now is fight! She took a deep breath, summoning as much energy as she could before she released a powerful flare of electricity that shot off in all directions, striking both the Noctowl (who promptly toppled to the ground in a smoldering heap of feathers) as well as Serenity, who was brought down to her belly from the hit. It also struck Leo (who fell to the ground somewhat dazed) and everything else in the small corridor, causing light bulbs to shatter and static to flare from anything electronic, and the lights in the whole complex flickered a few times as a result of the mouse's power. Seeing that she'd opened up a new escape route the Raichu dashed forward, leaping up and over Leo and his Noctowl.
Meanwhile, back in her quarters, Mai groaned and sat up in a groggy haze, her head pounding like crazy. She shakily pulled herself to her feet by using the bed as support and snatched the Raichu's Pokeball from the floor and glared at it for a moment before she saw the state her door was in. "Bloody hell," was all the Admit could think of to say as the light above her head flickered, and she carefully made her way out into the hallway, wishing she had scanned the Pokeball first and then stored it properly. Serves me right for not following protocol.

"Mitsu?" M.A. mused aloud. She didn't know how rare blue Houndooms were, but her friend had one, and Mittens was pretty close to Mitsu... How far ahead they all are, she thought, remembering the faces of all the trainers she had met at the beach. Honestly, though, she felt no jealousy, no need for the strength they had. She was content at her own pace. So right now she was going to fight her first Gym battle the best she could.
Daemyn smirked the smile of kings as his opponent fell before his eyes before sending a snarky little glance back at Tora, who was lying on her belly to rest a bit. The Donphan felt rather disgruntled that the Houndoom had made such easy work out of the opponent she struggled with, not having any understanding of type advantages. Nevertheless, she trumpeted loudly, first as a cheer -- for Daemyn was a teammate, for all his arrogance -- then secondly as a warning, for that new Pokemon wasn't going to waste any time!
Daemyn's conceit had cost him any shot of avoiding the lightning-fast attack, and so he faced the sizzling assault right-on, howling with pain and surprise. As much as he hated to admit it, that one had hurt quite a bit. He shook off the unpleasantly tingling sensation from his body before squaring his jaw, ready to concentrate -- he wasn't going to be a sitting target again, oh no.
M.A. troubled her lip for a second, visibly anxious; it was her first time in a formal battle, after all. It didn't help that she had no idea what a Manectric was, a question left unsolved when she could not find her PokeDex anywhere on her person. Well, nothing else to do but charge on, then! "Daemyn, that fire attack, one more time!"
And so Daemyn's jaws began to fire up once more as he bounded towards his opponent, more or less unaware of its special ability. Pay back time for that first attack, though!

"I'll be right back." He said as he continued on, noting the fact that Riza had slowed down for whatever reason. The shack wasn't very far and he reached it in no time, deciding to sprint there as a continuation to his morning warm up, though it wasn't really morning anymore. He wasn't at all surprised to see the man behind the counter looking rather bored with his daughter happily spinning around on a stool. "Slow morning old man?"
"Huh? Heh, it's always slow in the morning. Things don't pick up until around lunch, you looking for more Takoyaki kid? And who you calling old man!?" He exclaimed as he grinned at the trainer who had saved his daughter's Tauros the day prior.
"He means you daddy, you gots gway hairs alweady like gwandpa!" The little girl said with light giggles that made her father smile. She continued to spin around until she apparently got sick and shakily got off the stool only to fall back into a sitting position.
Crenu only sighed and walked into the back where he found his locker, opening it and taking the black coat from inside. He was a little more use to the heat now so he felt alright when he put it on, feeling a little extra weight in one of the pockets when he swung it on. He had forgotten that his phone had been in there since yesterday and flipped it open, cocking an eyebrow at the number of missed calls he had received over night. They were all from the same person, and as luck would have it the very same name popped up on the screen right then as she tried to reach him again. "...." He pressed the ignore button on the phone and put it back on his pocket. I never get any important calls. He left the hut with the man still tending to his disoriented daughter, making his his way across the sand back to where Riza had apparently recovered a missing scarf, an intense ball of negative feelings flared up inside him only visible on the outside through his tightly clenched fists. Knuckles pale, he spoke calmly as he unclenched his fists and put a hollow grin on his face. "Couldn't leave without my coat. Lead the way."

"I'll be using Shiva, of course," Keegan said, once the four of them had gotten into position. The Sealeo barked and hopped forward, looking over at Combusken. It had been a while since she'd battled but that only made her more ready than ever. All eyes fell on Tubby #2 as he seemed a bit reluctant to release his Pokemon.
"I uh... I'll go with this one," he said finally, holding up what appeared to be an Ultra Ball, chuckling a bit before he threw it. A large, round Pokemon materialized in front of them, the very earth shaking beneath it as it landed on the ground. It yawned loudly and scratched at its massive belly, a stupid grin plastered to its face.
"Snorlax..." Keegan mumbled, looking over at Shiva, who seemed to have the same reaction as her trainer did. s**t, s**t s**t! Maybe these guys aren't playing around after all. He tugged at the collar of his shirt, wanting very much to have a cigarette right about now, though he shrugged it off and looked over at the Mightyena. Combusken's fighting moves will be more effective against the big guy than Shiva's attacks will be, so maybe we should target the canine. He cleared his throat and pointed at the wolfish Pokemon. "Shiva, use your uh..." he trailed off slowly, realizing he didn't really know any of Shiva's attacks. Damn it, what did Dante have her use?! "Aurora Beam," he finally managed to sputter out, suddenly very jealous of Jaeshan's PokeDex. Shiva let out an affirmative bark and reared back her head before she opened her mouth, shooting out a brightly coloured ray at the Mightyena.
The man who'd released the Snorlax seemed to take a cue from Keegan as he launched the first attack, looking to his giant Pokemon. "Snorlax, give that one a Body Slam." The Snorlax tilted its head to the side, taking several steps forward before it jumped into the air, intent on turning Combusken into a pancake.

"That was very clever, Ralts," Riza said, bending down to take the scarf from the small psychic's grip. She set Sneasel on the ground and went about tying the garment back onto the Pokemon, who twirled around happily now that she had it back again. Riza giggled at the sight of the dancing Sneasel, suddenly finding herself to be thinking about naming her Pokemon. A lot of the people she'd met in the previous day had given their Pokemon names, and Riza wondered if this made a difference when it came to friendship and bonding. 'Hmm maybe. I'll have to look into it sometime,' she thought, making doubly sure the scarf was secure on Sneasel before she stood up and brushed the sand from her knees.
By this point Crenu had come back and Riza smiled and nodded, signaling to her two Pokemon to follow them. Sneasel had no problems doing so and fell into stride a ways behind her trainer, but Ralts seemed to sense the negativity coming from Crenu and would take more convincing, eventually in the form of Riza having to pick her up and carry her. "It's only a few minutes this way," Riza said, taking point and continuing along the beach, still grateful that it was mostly deserted at this point.

As Mai made her way down the hall she eventually stumbled upon her Espeon, who was still recovering from the last attack she'd taken from the Raichu. She frowned and shook her head - maybe she'd underestimated her little sister's abilities as a trainer, and she quickly recalled Serenity, now stepping over the fainted Noctowl and stopping in front of Leo. "You got beaten by a mouse. Nice work," she said coldly as moved past him, clearly not impressed. Come on, little Raichu, you couldn't have gone too far, she thought, taking a different Pokeball from her belt and holding it at the ready. She stopped casually at a security panel and input a code which caused an alarm-like sound to go off in three short blasts, followed by a computerized voice:
"CODE 326. REPEAT, CODE 326." Mai smirked at this and continued her search, knowing it would be easier now that every Grunt in the base (or ones that remembered what code 326 was anyway) would be aiding in the search for the loose Pokemon.
Shocker, meanwhile, was starting to feel a little drowsy as she ran - perhaps that Noctowl's Hypnosis had affected her more than she thought. I have to keep going, she thought, throwing a worried glance over her shoulder. She'd been lucky so far, and even she knew better than to rely purely on luck. Gotta get out of here... but how? It's like a maze... The Raichu found herself stopped once again as this time her path was blocked by a tall man wearing a black outfit, a red letter 'R' plastered to the front of his shirt. "Where you going, little mousy?" he laughed, releasing a Raticate. "I'm lucky I studied up on base codes, because I'll get a reward if I can bring you down. Raticate, Hyper Fang, go!"
=-=-=-=-= When he saw the Snorlax materialize, Jaeshan's eyes grew wide and he gulped, taking a nervous step back. "Oh great, just lovely," he mumbled, watching as Keegan decided to open up the attacking. The Aurora Beam soared through the air with incredible accuracy and it struck the Mightyena right between the eyes, causing the canine to stagger back a bit. The ground shook a few times as the Snorlax started forward, and Jaeshan couldn't find any words as he watched the mammoth Pokemon fly towards Combusken.
Combusken had many goals in her life, but none of which included being flattened by a big, fat Pokemon, so she did what her instinct told her to do: RUN AWAY! Combusken dug her claws into the ground and ran as fast as she could away from the oncoming Snorlax. And just in time, too. The large Pokemon slammed the ground behind her, causing the ground to shake violently. "Use Bulk up," Jaeshan managed finally, thankful that Combusken had avoided the attack. Combusken threw her head back and let out a loud cry, feeling her body grow a little stronger as she got more into the battle. She kicked the air in front of her - she was doubly ready now!
"Heh, they're scared of your Snorlax, man," the first man laughed, pointing at the Sealeo. "Hentry, take a chunk out of that hunk of blubber with a Bite attack!" The Mightyena shook off the chill that had crept down its spine from the ray Shiva had shot at it and it howled at the sky before rushing forward, fangs bared and ready to rip its opponent to shreds.

Napalm slowly lowered his hands (which were up in the typical Magmar kung-fu fashion) when Surge stepped onto the battlefield, nodding respectfully to his former opponent when he was scooped up by the large man. Well, that was certainly fun. Tiring, but fun. Maybe not all Electric Pokemon weren't totally screwy like Beacon or Shocker. Just thinking about them made his right arm twitch from the excess electricity he had the pleasure of holding onto. Where was Titanium? He needed to discharge some of this.
And that was that, apparently. Everything had happened so fast Mike barely had any time to register it all. In the course of a few hours he had gone from having a complete mental breakdown (allegedly!) to his Pokemon evolving and winning a Gym match. The boy walked over and picked up the shiny new badge. Why the hell was he even there anyway? The boy pondered, his vision becoming slightly blurred. Thinking hurt his head. "Uh, thanks." Should he like, salute? No, he'd probably think he was making fun of him. "Y-yeah, thanks a lot." he forced a smile and looked back at his Pokemon, holding up the badge for confirmation. The Magmar slowly made his way over and inspected the badge, his beak curling into a grin as he glanced up at his trainer. Wow, Mike thought as he got a closer look at his Pokemon, who was nearly eye to eye with him. He really has grown up. He was so proud of him. He had really given his al-
"HOT! OW, s**t! HOT!" Mike yelped, yanking his hand from the Magmar's head after trying to give him a congratulatory pat on the head. Napalm jumped when his trainer screamed, confused at what just happened. Had he done something wrong? "No Napalm it's okay, my mistake." What an idiot. Mike thought. He of all people should have been smart enough not to do that. He knew that Magmar were born from volcanoes and that they were capable of expelling flames over two thousand degrees, so let's just all reach over and touch it, HURR HURR! "Thank god for these gloves." the boy said with wide eyes, removing the right one and airing out his hand. If it weren't for the flame-retardation on those gloves, he probably would have fried the nerve endings.
"Ma-ha-ha-har." chuckled Napalm, taking Mike's dramatic response as somewhat of a compliment.
"Oh you hush." retorted the boy as he tried to hold back a smile. On a depressing note, this means he would never be able to give the little guy, er, not so little guy hugs anymore. The thought made him a bit sad. He let out a sigh, looking back at his newly awarded badge, then to Surge. All this happiness, this joy...it was all so fleeting, so temporary. So what if he just won another Gym badge, it's not like it'd suddenly make everything go away. It's not like this hunk of metal, almost arrogant with its sense of self-worth the sparkly b*****d, could change the past. Mike drew a quiet breath out his nose and recalled Napalm with a silent 'thank you' before turning to Surge. "Sir..." Mike began, somewhat straightening his posture out of a combination of respect and uneasiness. "I'm sure you had to do some bad things in war, and I know it's rude to pry, but..." He paused. "But I too have done some bad things as you probably saw on TV, and I, well...I don't...how do you deal with something that threatens to just eat you alive from guilt every day?" He looked up to the Gym Leader with sorrow-filled eyes, like those of a man who had lost his wife and child and was struggling to make it through each day.
"I-I don't know how much more of this I can take." Mike said weakly.

It didn't take Robin to long to return the cart the back. Looking back at the money she had collected she sighed, It would be great to take some of it so that she could fill her thinning wallet. Stealing was wrong though and she knew that she would never forgive herself if she did decide to take some. Taking one last look back at them Robin walked out of the last room and headed back towards the seats that they were supposed to be in. Robin relaxed into the chair with a sigh her feet hurting from her work before. Luffy had hopped down from her shoulder and was sitting quietly for once.
The rest of the train ride was short, quiet and uneventful. The train arrived with a loud whistle that woke Robin up from the short nap she had been taking. Glancing around she saw that Sarah and Jayme were packing up there stuff to get ready to leave the train. They hadn't really talked to her in a while and Robin was feeling a bit left out. Then again they weren't really talking to each other either so she supposed that it wasn't just her. Grabbing her stuff she waited for Luffy to untie Hat from his head and hop down from his chair.
"So where is this contest registration place?" She asked as she followed the other two off of the train. The city was as big as she remembered from her trip here with Ampersand. In fact now that she thought of it she had made a rather quick trip through half of Kanto. Maybe after, or maybe before the contest, she could challenge Misty? That would be fun and she was sure at least Luffy would like the battle.
"The contest hall? Well its the place where the Saffron City contests are held." Jayme answered her, though that wasn't very helpful in the least.
Still the other two girls seemed to know where they were going and Robin just quietly followed them. At her side Luffy walked taking in the excitement in the air. Apparently a contest had just started inside the halls and everyone was busy either watching it or participating on the contest. The contest hall turned out to be a huge building, it would have to be, that had several larger tv's that were broadcasting the show. On the screen Robin and Luffy could see a Vulpix that looked like it was pampered on a daily basis, preform a flashy Wil-o-wisp only to shoot a Confuse Ray up the center of it to create a beautiful color combination. "Wooooow!" Robin muttered as she watched the trainer and pokemon finish up there move set. She was going to get into this! She sure hoped that Brook was up to it... Then again Luffy would probably want to do it first, he always had to do things first.

Alice skipped back to her table, she held Kadaj in her arms. He slumped a little in her arms from exhaustion. Alice sat down at her table, her pancakes were there ready for her. The butter was a little melted, they were probably sitting there for a minute at most. She began to scoop pieces of the fluffy, delicious discs in her mouth and munched happily. Kadaj sat next to her, his ears slumped down a bit and he rested his head on her lap. She would periodically give her pieces of the pancakes which he happily ate. After finishing her food she let out a contented sigh, finally she noticed Kadaj's condition. "Oh! I'm so sorry!" she picked him up and jumped out of her seat. "I'll take you to a poke center and get you healed up!" She looked around for Jun but should see him anywhere. Then looking over at Leeron, "I'm sorry, I'll be right back." She ran out the door and past some surprised hotel guests.
"Ah! Don't you feel a lot better!" Alice smiled as Kadaj yipped, he was his perky self again. It had stopped raining and was starting to look sunny, she smiled as she looked at the partly cloudy sky. Her tranquility was halted as an annoying high pitched voice shrieked at her.
"Yo b***h! What'cha stupid a** doin' messin' wit mah brotha's grill!" The shrill voice came from a very skinny and very pale boy who was glaring at her. He was hunched to the side with one hand grabbing his groin, at least she though but his pants were so low it was hard to tell. He was wearing a wife beater and large jeans with thug-like boxers. She saw something glinting from his teeth and thought it was that "grill" they were all talking about; it was his braces. He had red hair that was brighter than hers and acne that matched the color.
Alice blinked in surprise, "W-what?"
"You heard me ho! I hurd 'bout yo cheatin'- a** battle wit mah little bro." He took a couple steps closer. "Yo not gunna get away with that s**t yo! You mess wit mah homies, you mess wit me!" He grabbed at a pokeball connected at his belt.
"You've got to be kidding me...." She let a sigh out and looked at Kadaj. He looked eager and ready to fight. "Dammit, alright 50 cent, lets' do this!"
