Meriko bp56: It depends on whether or not I'll need to be wearing an official Halloween costume item in order to take part in trick-or-treating. *hee* Oh, wait...the Maid Collar qualifies, I think. I can still pull off Meowko while wearing that. :3 People have to wear certain items for the event. eek I hope you can be Meowko cause whats Halloween with out a black cat!

bp56: That's the way it's been for the past two Halloweens. The NPC wouldn't give you candy unless you were wearing one of the Halloween commons like the Ghosty or Mami Top. I wonder what the Halloween costumes could be this year if the admins bring back trick-or-treating. ^^

There's always the Ghostie, which only costs 100 gold. ^^ Last Halloween, the Halloween commons from 2003 would still allow you to trick-or-treat, so I'm assuming that if trick-or-treating is brought back this year, Halloween commons from 2003 and 2004 will allow you to trick-or-treat even if you can't afford or don't like any of the new costumes.
