Juliet Erika Daae: I'm not mad. I just wanted to remind of the "no editing" rule. ^^ Just destroy the file and we're good to go.

ok so no buying animations from anyone else unless we ask you first but it's alright to use the bases for buying from other shops ? that are on the list in the rules/FAQ question...

ok question besides that i have an editor whose doing a few custom bases and the like for mycontest guild where I hold my contests. I really love how the base came out and i wanted her to use the character for another base like the smae hairstyle and tai. would it be alright to get that done as long as I still credit you for the tail and hair design originally like keep your name tag there ?

>.< cause it's a lying down base and stuff and i really wanted to get her done on it because she's my precious now @.@ i've named her and devoted my desktop and mouse and stuffs to her and eveything

Juliet Erika Daae: The basic idea is to never do ANYTHING with an edit that you have purchased without permission. You can change the filename but that's about it.

If you have a wig-only base and you want to purchase an avatar edit for it from another shop and that shop is listed in the FAQ as a pre-approved edit shop, then you may do so without asking first.

Anything else, you must ask first.

Juliet Erika Daae: If the editor will be drawing brand new hair and tail herself without using mine as a template or base, then I do not need credit because the design is not mine...just the pixel work.

If you want her to actually take the pixels that are on the base I made you and edit them onto another editor's base, then please PM me an example of her work so that I can make a decision. Preferably another lying down base like the one you want to have made.

good thing almost all my edits come from those shops except for a few but they aren't i that base but I know a few editors who aren't on there I think deserve to be as they have excellent work -goes to root out the links to see if meri approves-

alright so i ask you and hope you'll let me can i please get the editor I hired to fix the hair and tail to match the lying down edit, all credit to the designs of the hair and tail will still be going to you of course.....>.< she's a very good editor and most turstworthy as am i i just have memory lapses if I don't refresh rules in my head sometimes

@.@ what if it's the hair and the tail base and I ordered some edits from those preapproved stores ? or am i not allowed to do that either >.< i get the feeling i'ma gonna have to cancel orders gonk

I can show you examples of her work but not on that base as I haven't given it to her to edit upon yet and the base comes from someone else whom i cannot say as she dosen't want me to......

she'd more then likely base it on the hair and tail that you made so it look's similar in design and style

So long as she just takes the concept/design and makes it all herself, that is fine. But eyeballing/ripping or actually re-using any of my work without getting my permission beforehand is not allowed.

whew @.@

she'd more or less try to make it look as much alike as possible so it would still be based on yours but not taken directly because I want the tail to curve differently on said base and for the hair to fall differently =3 though she may want to still use the original tail puff thing at the end would that be ok ?

I survived.

They kept screwing up putting the IV needle in. It hurts really badly. I hate needles.

I have to lay down for a while because i'm really dizzy.

Meri: When I order edits of my custom OC's, would you allow me to insert them in scenes with captions and such? And also, could I display them off of gaia, for example, on the website for my original story?

gweh, i'm so tired and sick feeling...

Miri: Display of my pixels off-Gaia is not allowed unless it's on an "extended sig" type of place dedicated to Gaia Online. And insertion of scenes is approved on a case-by-case like any other type of edit-editing. ^^
