Dude. We got new neighbors and I apparently didn't know until today because their hooligin preteens are bouncing around the street being retarded. There's like ... ten of them.

i hate the kids in my neighborhood
the older ones ride skateboards and the younger ones just chase each other and yell in the street until it gets dark =/

These ones just yell a lot. And run around, and ride bikes, and run around on my front lawn (until my mother yells at them :D).
The adults are worse. They blast music, and fight with each other. And throw parties.
