Fenris shook her head and hugged him again. "You didn't cause the demon to come after me in the first place, but it isn't my fault either. It just... happened." She sighed and moved so she was next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder. "On a brighter note, my stomach isn't hurting as much anymore... but now I'm really numb..."

Fenris smiled as Reeve gave her his cloak, wrapping it around her as she relaxed and closed her eyes. She was quite comfortable, and Neko seemed happy when she saw him in the hall just a momment ago on her way here, but she wanted Reeve to be happy too, and would rather be with him right now until he was happy, than burdening Neko with storied of last night, again.

-=Neko made his way back to the main room, and saw Nyl on a far couch. He casually rushed over, happy to see her, until he cot a little closer, and noticed the gash across her forehead. It took him a second to register the thought, but then he knew that more than what he thought had happened in his absense. Placing a hand over her wound, he spoke softly, hoping that she was just asleep=-

Nyl didn't react to Neko's presence or his touch, which, though he wouldn't know it, was rare. It meant she wasn't having nightmares, but also that she was a bit more than asleep.

I haven't seen my wife in I dunno how long, Nyl's all sorts of injured that I can't heal...tell me, Fenris, what is there to be happy about?
