Nah Ken, we were tired of people creating techniques that they would never use so we put a limit on the amount of techniques people can create for themselves. (Aka only their character/clan/bloodline can use it) I think the limit is 3 clans and 10 techniques per clan, and 10 original character-only techniques?
Which isn't really much of a limit >.>

Ehh, the limits actually 3 clans and 6 jutsu per clan and 10 of your own personal jutsu, but if you want to add more to your clan jutsu, you sacrifice 1 personal jutsu to create infinite clan jutsu. well maybe not infinite but carlos' example said 19. sooo. an extra like 10+ jutsu for 1 personal jutsu. if that made sense. sweatdrop

I agree with that since most people just spam the approval thread with jutsus they know they won't use XD. Me on the other side, I use every last resource I have when I encounter a serious treat. Oh well, lately I never passed bushin + exploding tags and flash grenades.

Note to self.. remember to click the damn log out button when I am about to go to bed... I've been logged into Gaia for several days straight O_O...
Hmm... might as well get to working on my character's time skip story. I stayed up to 1:30 AM last night doing nothing but watching Digimon Tamers... and now it is 9:10 AM... BUT I'm not tired.. even though I got up at 5:00 AM... ^_^
