Those are full stops you idiot... I have an obsession with ellipsis or what ever they are called and they go like this ... although, rarely the full stops are called periods.

Calm down Crystal. No need to explode over improper use of punctuation. Even if your periods have names, you still are using them incorrectly.

I think Jutsu that's already in the naruto world, shouldn't count in your jutsu limit.

The idea that jutsu in the naruto world wouldn't count with you limit is a really bad idea.
However.
Guild-wide jutsu, that is, jutsu that you put forward but don't own, are unlimited.
So you have a limit on how many jutsu that you personally own. I could make a number of jutsu and make them for my own purposes...
But making jutsu for everyone in the guild has no limit to it. You just can't claim ownership.

Those are guild wide jutsu and don't count =P What Armads is saying is that if your jutsu comes from the Naruto world and it's for everybody to use, it's not counted towards your limit. If it's a jutsu in the series, but only you/your clan can use it, it's counted. (eg. Susanoo from the Uchiha clan)
