(i've been away for so long!! sorry. crying )
after putting away the washed dishes and utensils,
pancake sighed. she turned around and began to observe
the others around her..apparently pancake does this alot.
after hearing much of the conversations in the kitchen,
pancake walks over to gren. she gently places
her hand on his shoulder. "mr. gren, you must not be so shy!!"
exclaimed pancake as she smiled softly.
"we house elves along with our masters at hogwarts
want us to be comfortable!" she explained, tears sitting
neatly upon her tear ducts. "when i was a new house elf,
the veterans and masters were all very kind! they made me feel at home,
as i want you to too!!" she finished, wiping her nose.

Gren grunted somewhat, the noise almost sounding like a laugh. "You is safe, Miss Miranda. No catastrophes will befall yous here." He lightly patted her hand.
Feeling a hand place on his shoulder and hearing a female elf behind him, Gren smiled slightly. He was a little nervous from the attention pancake seemed to be giving him. "I is..just not used to so much companies." he said softly, apologetically. "I hide so is not noticed. Is what previous master wished." he explained. Turning around to face her, he bowed to her. "Yous is very kind to me, is appreciated of such. Does no cry." Gren deftly pulled out yet another piece of fabric from his bulky clothing and offered it to the female elf.

 Miranda shakes her head. "Never say never." She pats the pocket where her wand is. "One wrong move with my wand and I'm done."
Miranda hears Pancake. She turns around and smiles at her. "There's no need to cry, we all can be shy when we just come to Hogwarts. On my first day here I was terrified!" Miranda for some reason remembers the exams. "Awesome! Term's almost over, which means I'll be a second year very soon!"

she then walks over and starts helping some other elfs scrub the floors and make meals.

*runs after loopy and tries to confort him* loopy i would like some =] i know how hard it is 2 b a house elf i am one too. so lets sit in the kitchen and get a snack u made smile

cry cry well ok cry cry i just dont think people like me even cry though i try really really hard cry cry and now the cookies and pumpkin juice is ruined cry cry and i tried 7 times in a row to get it just right and the pumpkins were fresh and the cookie dough was perfect cry cry

After Korosu was done cooking the meals, she made a great presentation on the plates. She then, carefully, lifted the plates and carried it to the Great Hall. Before she stepped in, she looked around if anyone was inside. Korosu was normally shy, but when messed with....... She then ran to the Slythering table and put the food down. She then heard noises and ducked to hide. (I don't know if this is aloud but......) Some Slythering students stepped in the hall. She then quitely sneeked out the backdoor while they were looking for the person who put the food there. She ran towards the Kitchen, out of breathe and sighed. The students were all gonna see her anyway when she put the food on the tables. She sighed again, picked up a plate and walked back to the Great Hall.
((Sorry if I'm lost a bit. I wasn't on for awhile because of my finals. So yeah.......))

Alysee enters in the kitchen, looks around and thinks. "Well, that is my new home. I feel so lost. There's so many people around here." She walks to a counter, opens a cover and starts to make a meal for herself. When she's finished to prepared her vegetarian cheak pea salad, she walks to a table near by and eats calmly her meal.

After putting the plates on all the tables, it was time for cleaning. Korosu walked briskly back to the kitchen and saw a girl eat quietly.
"HEY! DON'T JUST SIT THERE! GET WORKING OR YOU COULD GET IN TROUBLE!"
Korosu walks up to her and grabs her hand and pulls her to the closet. She opened the door and handed the new girl a cloth and a bucket, and Korosu grabbed a broom and a dust pan.
"Follow me."
Korosu then left the kitchen and walked to an empty hallway where no one was walking.
"Start cleaning the windows."
As they cleaned a student passed by with a teacher and moved on.
"Sorry about that. I'm new too. All I know is that we are suppose to clean and cook and serve the teachers and students. I just saw you there and you could've gotten in trouble. My name is Korosu."
Korosu then held out he hand for a quick hand shake.
