Aura shook her head jokingly then sobered up, "And Akki will do wonders for Larry, I'm so glad they found each other." Setting her empty glass down Aura smiled, "And you're right, of course, family is what you make it. I guess we're both lucky we have the siblings we do."

Arista tilted her head slightly, half wanting to try to coax the boy to talk more. She looked to the others who occupied the room now, not recognizing any for herself, which caused her to sigh slightly before she looked to her new friends. Would you guys like to see anything else in the area? The coffehouse...perhaps the gardens or something?

Aura nodded sleepily before getting back up and grabbing the guitar.
Playing a slow melody for a length of time then speeding up in tempo by a few beats she then began to sing.
"Come and see
I swear by now I'm playing time against my troubles
I'm coming slow but speeding
Do you wish a dance and while I'm in the front
my play on time is won
Oh but the difficulty is coming here"
Continuing on with the song the lanky dreads of the lanky girl bobbed to the music.

Jak moved over to the bar, mixing them some fresh drinks as he watched her get up to play again. He returned to the table, putting her drink down before moving towards Jordyn.

"Well, it generally seems to be self-serve around here and the lady was thirsty.
We got off on the wrong foot when I arrived here. I cant have such a pretty lady thinking badly of me."

Shaking his head in disbelief Jordyn held out his hand, "Welcome to the club, friend. You are now one of two men that managed to gain her friendship."

"He is young, but a good match for Akki. I was concerned about her, she is very much an innocent."
He turned his gaze to Aura, sipping his drink as he watched her.
"She will have to turn her attentions elsewhere. Even without Laci and myself in the picture, she soured him of any kind of friendship that first night."

Jordyn followed Jak's gaze and nodded. "She didn't mean to, but it happens. She'll get over him quickly enough, I think she already is... If she's singing again." Conjuring water from the back and taking a sip he grinned from half of his mouth, "Akki and Larry should do just fine. He's an innocent as well."

He grinned, turning back to Jordyn.
"Its good to see some fire in Akki's eyes again. She almost had the nerve to stand up to me."
