"Looks like I wont be caugth this time " "Oh?" a voice came from behind the young nin. "And just what were you worried about someone discovering?"

Kai dragged the body of Baki to a nearby river which flowed away from the wind country. Kai threw Baki's body into the river and proceeded to Konoha.

Kai arrived back in Konoha and headed for the memorial at the training ground. "You can finally rest in peace Hayate. My old friend and my most talented apprentice." Kai thought to himself.

Then I would like you to help me with the prayers my child." Mai winced as her mother walked silently away. She turned to Ganeni. Well, you're ok, but I'm in for it. She NEVER asks me to help with her prayers unless she's angry."
