....her bat through thin air. "Bloody Hell!" She swore, right as the bludger whistled towards her face. A small squeak of fear left her lips, as she quickly lifted her arms and the bludger smashed into her left one instead of her face. She distinctly heard bone snap and her left arm fell useless to the side. "Sticks and Stones may break my bones...." She muttered. She blinked and ducked down as another bludger went zooming past her. She glared at Tobi. Did she risk it? Did she try and hit him again and watch her luck be against her? She gulped and then nodded her head defiantly. She believed in herself. "Here goes nothing...." She whispered, before swinging her bat and aiming at Tobi.

Shina Kiremono~Fifth Year~Ravenclaw Prefect and Seeker Shina's breastbone was pressed hard against the handle of her Firebolt 2 as the seeker urged speed from her broom. She didn't look behind her, it would have taken her eyes from the snitch and created drag besides, but Shina knew Ariana had to be following. The wind fought to throw her slight form around, but experience and deceptively strong muscles kept her on course. She would reach the snitch first! Pain erupted in his side where it hit and he was sure something was bruised. The spots that had been blinking in and out of his sight were suddenly bigger, and darker, and slowly taking over his vision. The only things he really remembers is flying low enough to ensure that his fall wasn't fatal and that he really hoped Bradley had some good shots of him awake. Position: Beater

Verily stared in shock as her bludger knocked Tobi off her broom. Well she had accomplished her goal to knock all the Hufflepuff beaters out of the game, but she felt bad for hurting the poor kid. She gulped and was just about to send a bludger spiraling at Ariana when she ehard Shina shout that she had caught the snitch. She smiled at the girl and then floated down the ground. Groaning, she hopped off her broom and looked down at her broken arm. She poked it gently and whined when that hurt more than she had expected. She was happy for her team winning, but those bludgers hurt like hell.

For the past few weeks, the grim weather berated the castle walls relentless. High winds whistled through the towers and ripped along the fields as it sent the blades of grass into an endless shiver. She felt her own hair stand on end as the cool wind fought her blonde hair tightly wound into what had been a flawless updo. All the same, the Head Girl was still one of the first to arrive. She cast a longing eye across the stands and marveled at the castle that loomed in the shadows overhead. She would miss this school dearly.

Of course, he rolled his eyes as he hauled his broom over his shoulder through the pit that would breathe him out into the quidditch field. She’s already here, he shook his head. The winds were still nasty, ripping the world to shreds in its wake. Black hair rippled under the waves as he crossed the threshold to reach his older cousin, she didn’t even seem to notice him as he reached her side. All the better, last game, she’d almost interrogated him into oblivion. Hopefully, the game will start before that ever happens, and if he’s lucky, he won’t be struck out of the game and sent to the bloody infirmary.
