Zel was totally wrong, and as he tried to move away, he would run straight into a San clone. In an instant, the sannin had the most fearsome technqiue that was known in all the academy, the grip that was known to move mountains, and the only downside was cleaning up the mess afterwords....the Sanshi earlobe hold!
"My my....you seem to have gotten lost. The training rooms are this way my dear Zel. You wouldnt possibly dream of going to do something else now wouldnt you......"
Meanwhile, on the other side of the university, San spoke to aika first, and then to Theodin.
"Sure, Aika. You wounds were just numerous, and the hospital would ahve been a quicker option. if you feel comfortable with this, then feel free. And good use of team work.....Theodin...your father was one of the best fuuton people i have ever seen. He had a favorite blast that shoot supersonic waves of air that he used religiously, one that formed a tornado to slice and dice people with an invisible blade of wind, and all sorts of other goodies. Just remember that your abilities must be versatile, cause we never know how a mission or situation may be altered or changed. If you want, read off some jutsu from the scroll that i can help you with. ask several at a time, so that you may practice several at a time. "

After listening to Sanshi's words, Kumiko wiped her eyes, still frowning and uneasy from the sight of the corpses. San did try to comfort her, which she did appreciate very much, but was still scared. "Thank you, Professor..." Then, the small shinobi watched as Sanshi and the woman before do a friendly spar, watching as the fight bega and then shortly ended after a few techniques. Speaking up, Kumiko raised her hand. "Maybe I could heal her."

Kaori watched everything going on around her, in awe of Sanshi and the other girl's spar. She shook her head and looked down at Nova, "That was amazing, huh girl?" Nova bobbed her large head and rumbled her agreement as her bright eyes followed the other people in the room. Kaori blinked when another person, male, was brought into the training room. He looked like he'd been about to run off or something, rather than actually train. Kaori shook her head and turned back to her scrolls, she needed to learn the basics before she felt comfortable doing anything else, and anyone who would run from training she wanted nothing to do with.
Kaori looked through her scroll and tilted her head as she read the writing and the jutsu. She picked a jutsu she wanted to learn and stood up. Nova put her head down in her paws and watched Kaori. Kaori moved a few feet away from Nova, took a deep breath and closed her eyes as she concentrated her chakra around her. She made the hand sign that the scroll told her to use and then forced her chakra around her in a spinning shield of wind, but the shield dissipated quickly. [1/2]
She huffed and did the signs again before she focused her chakra again and forced it around her and into the swirling wind shield once more. This time it stayed in place, instead of dissipating like before. She let the shield fall and grinned happily. [2/2]

Theodin released the bounds of his flood, letting the water spill arcoss the room and quickly soak into the floor. He walked over to the pile of scrolls San had brought and found a fuuton scroll, looking through it he found a few he felt would be worth asking about. "Tobidougu Soujuu no Jutsu [ Projectile Control Technique ] sounds like it could be useful for adjusting the trajectory of shuriken and kunai in flight, Kouryuu [ Wind Release Stream ] and Suiyaku Kaze [ Propelling Winds ] could both be good for maneuvering in the air and setting up attacks from above." Scanning through more of the scroll, he found some more combative jutsu that sounded like fun. "That supersonic blast you said my father uses all the time sounds like Zankyokukuuha [ Extreme Decapitating Air Waves ] or something similar. Daitoppa [ Great Breakthrough ] could be useful, especially when combined with my raiton to ignite the flammable wind. Then there's Kaze no Yaiba and tatsumaki rendan both using tornados to cut opponents." Looking up from the scroll, Theodin turns toward the sanin and asked "Those sound like good choices to you, at least to get going, since I can find time to come back and train at another time?"

"Ow! Ow! OW! Let go of me!" Zel grabbed the San clone's arm and yanked it off with all the strength he could muster, which was greater than most other genin thanks his training earlier. Sure it made his ear hurt, like a b***h, but it was better being free of it than having himself embarrassed in front of the newbies. Even if he was still a genin after ten long years, he took pride in having graduated way earlier than most student! He wasn't going to let that image go to waste(despite how bad an example he was already to those kids that knew his background) by having his old teacher treat him like a kid, Zel was twenty already for pete's sake!
Zel had this expression that just screamed "Ugh there's no escaping this is there?". That didn't stop him from trying though. "Look if you could sense me from all the way here then shouldn't you have seen me training already? I'm plenty trained i- OW!" San wouldn't hear any of it and continue dragging him along, this time the hold was at a level far past what Zel could try fighting.
A few minutes and a very painful earlobe hold later Zel would find himself in a different section of the training rooms. "Oh great....this is where it all starts..." Zel looked around quickly to see who he was probably gonna be stuck with, a tamer, the water release guy, a small adorable kid, the woman with the skimpy outfit and apparently the 'real' San. He had this depression that made him bow on the ground, face first as if surrendering himself to fate, for San was known to assign ridiculous missions at times and those that completed them often received high praise from him and the Kazekage. Somewhere deep inside his thoughts Zel could see dreaded visions of his promotion in a far off daydream that to him was more of a nightmare coming true.
Sighing, he decided...to go with it? Strangely enough, he resigned himself to having to train today as he raised his head from the sandy grounds and said as calmly as one who felt as bothered as him "Alright, alright...Let's have it your way San-sensei, lemme guess? The usual taijutsu?". He looked at him, and Zel wasn't completely aware of it and maybe San would find it weird, but Zel's forehead up to his mouth appeared to be covered, almost made of sand, but it wasn't falling off of him. Instead it appeared to slowly move up to his forehead and slowly disappear. (1/13 Katai Douka)
(I'll just put in some extra training posts for Douka while you hook me up with some Hsing-I something something then we could spar so I can learn past Stage 2 of Xinyi, how's that sound? : D)

It took alot to get the older ninja impressed, and the fortitude and dedication these young ninja were showing was quite impressive. It was possible this was the best group of ninja since San himself had graduated the academy all those years ago, so long as everyone stuck to there guns and pushed through ever situation, staying active Rl and RP.
The san clone, dragging Zel by his ear passed Kaori and gave her a thumbs up with his free hand. "You may want to pick up the pace of your training, i want you to get on with your evalucations so that you may be able to join your classmates as a team. You all are doing good, but you must all be 110% prepared in the field."
Stopping in a spot, the San clone would finish and let go of Zel, looking to him and speaking. "A few techniques isnt training. You must give your whole heart, the more we sweat in training the less we bleed in battle. If you wish to learn the art of Hsing-I pakua, you must learn to utilize your chakra to enhance your body. Think of the five elements Metal, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Water and their relationships to eachother. Only after you ahve discovered this principle may you even start to learn the art....
The real San could only chuckle at Theodin's chices. He really was Jame's and Ayame's son. "You really are like your father you know that right? The projectile control technique is a lesser used one, but as you can see with my magnetic capabilities, precision is the name of the game. Use your chakra to control the path of a projectile to make a strike more precise. The wind steam is very useful to conceal your movements, particularly if you mix it with your already capable storm based techniques as well. Propelling winds is useufl, for now, but i know james has a technique that allows him and others to fly...so you may wanna hold off on learning this one in lue for a more versatile usage. and yes, it was Extreme decapitating winds...it is his favorite to use. See if you can reproduce the same effects. Diotoppa is actually one of the Kazekage's favorites. I have seen her use it on multiple occasions. The sword of wind is a wind jutsu similar to the usage of my Satetsu, and has influenced how i use my own weaponry. And of course you would want to learn how to use tornadoes....thunder god...."

Kaori smiled slightly and ducked her head when Sanshi's clone gave her a thumb's up. It had been a long time since someone had praised her for her efforts. She looked back at Nova who was rumbling loudly, a tiger's version of a house-cat's purr. Kaori decided to keep one ear out for anything Sanshi said, but to also keep training.
She gathered her chakra and held it in her chest as she tried to gather more and more in an effort to learn further chakra control. Once she felt like she'd gathered a fair amount of her chakra in her chest she braced herself and released the chakra and wind in a steady stream downward. This of course, forced her up into the air, where she wobbled for a bit, then nearly crashed until she flipped and caught herself on her hands and knees. [1/2]
Kaori grumbled under her breath and brushed off her clothes as she stood up to her full five foot height. Time to try again, she wasn't going to give up just because she failed once. She gathered more chakra and air into her lungs before she blew them back out against the ground and propelled back up into the air and held strong for a couple minutes before she slowly let herself back down. Listening to Sanshi's advice, Theodin nodded "That makes sense on propelling winds, why take the time to learn a jutsu that'll end up being ignored pretty quickly when I can learn a more versatile form of it.......And yeah, it'd be a lot of fun learning to launch tornadoes at people," he chuckled a bit while thinking about how San had called him the thunder god. "Anyway, I'll get back to training so I can get these techniques figured out."
Theodin walked over to one fo the unused, and still intact, training dummies and carved a small "x" on its head, over where the heart would be, and one where each arm connects to the shoulder. He then jumped back bout ten feet and drew four shuriken from his pocket. Throwing one, he aimed for the "x" on the head of the dummy, seeing it drop in flight slightly off target, he focused his chakra and motioned for it to rise up slightly, then pushed more wind behind it to speed it up, it flew nearly twice as fast and stuck solidly in the middle of the "x". "Bull's eye!" He then threw the other three shuriken and sent bursts of wind behind them to speed them up. He then focused and used more chakra to focus each of them in on their targets. All three hit dead-on.
Tobidougu Soujuu no Jutsu [ Projectile Control Technique ] Learned!
Theodin then stood and concentrated his chakra into his mouth and lungs, blowing a steady stream of wind straight down, the young genin flew into the air backwards, landing back on his feet about 5 feet behind where he originally was, blowing up a large cloud of dust in the process.
Kouryuu [ Wind Release Stream ] Learned!
Theodin then focused more chakra into his mouth ans lungs, this time bringing his hand to his mouth as he blew the wind. A large blast of wind shot across the room towards the wall. Remembering that the scroll had said that this wind was flammable, theodin focused lightning chakra into his hand and shot a small bolt of lightning into the blast and watched it catch fire just before slamming into the wall, leaving a decent sized crater and some scorch marks.
Daitoppa [ Great Breakthrough ] Learned!
Theodin stepped back a little further, then stopped and focused his chakra. Forming the hand seal he'd seen in the scroll and releasing his chakra, he saw swords made completely of wind chakra form. These swords began spinning rapidly, rotating around a circle in the center of the group, creating a whirlwind of swords.
Kaze no Yaiba [ Sword of Wind ] Learned!
The young genin rested for a couple minutes before continuing his training. When he felt better, he stood back up and focused wind chakra into the palms of his hands, feeling as though pressure was building up behind the skin of his palms. Holding out his hands, he points them towards the wall and releases the chakra. A huge blast or air pressure shoots from each palm and slams into the wall, leaving a large crater and cracks stretching from teh crater for about a foot in every direction.
Zankyokukuuha [ Extreme Decapitating Air Waves ] Learned!
Standing still and concentrating on his chakra control, Theodin focused more and more of his wind chakra into the area right around his body. After a few seconds, he saw small spirals of wind begin to form in front of him and on his left and right. When he thought they had formed, the genin released them and the shot in a straight line, but they dissipated a second later.

Slightly annoyed at the failure, but determined to get it right, Theodin focused more chakra around him and worked to feed the rotation with more chakra as it sped up. Before he knew it, three dark tornadoes had formed, each about 12 feet tall and 4 feet wide. With a wave of his arm, theodin sent all three of them in a straight line in front of him,each one heading for the dummy about 20 feet away, each one hitting it and cutting it up worse. "Hell yeah, tornadoes are awesome!" theodin said ,smiling as he sat down to rest and recover chakra.

There would be a rumble from San's pocket, then a puff of smoke as Bast came rocketing out of one of his many scrolls, rolled several feet away, and sprang to her feet like a spooked cat. It had been so long since she had been in the Academy that it took her a few seconds to realize she was not in the middle of a fight with the monster of the week.
"Yo, San," she greeted the Sannin cheerfully, seemingly oblivious to everything else that was happening. "You know Tebanasu Fuuin and Tensha Fuuin, right?"
The woman lacked the ceremonial robes that her clone in the Office did, and she looked like her hair had just finished drying after a shower. The short-sleeved, white, snowflake-patterned Yukata she was wearing smelled vaguely of grass, indicating that she had possibly just come from home. It would seem to San that she had recently been asleep, had taken a shower, dried her hair, and then dressed up in one of the outfits she had gotten from the Snow Country Festival a while back, for possibly no reason other than that she felt like it.

"Hsing-I again? Seriously I know I haven't trained in a while...okay, more than a while, several months but you think someone like ME is going to forget something so simple as the five elements principle? I'm not like these kids." Zel laughed at his arrogance and at the easy 'training' San had in store, maybe this wasn't going to be so bad after all.
"But fine, I did say we do it your way." Zel sat down on the ground and closed his eyes. He would start to meditate on the basic teachings he once learned long ago but his body had now forgotten. First came fire, a furious, non-stop dance. 1/1 Next came earth, solid, still and forceful. When forces would come against it, they all stopped dead in their tracks and forced to go other ways. Such as how large rocks in a stream either blocked the flow and stood strong, or just redirected it all together. 1/1 Then metal, like the blades of war. In war, power to end all foes was necessary, in war, only the hard as nails would survive. Metal provided that, it was from it that the greatest of weapons were made. 1/1 Then came water, formless and adaptable. It always found a way, always looked for an opening. When Zel would apply this to techniques, the power would flow through most earthly defense. 1/1 Then finally wood. Thousands of branches that all formed from one tree. In application to martial arts, it meant understanding that all techniques of one style was like many branches to a tree, and that to put them all together was simpler and faster than one would initially think. 1/1(Hsing-I Pakua Stage 1)
Opening his eyes, he looked at San with a blank expression. "Told you, haven't forgotten a single thing. Thanks for the drill though, I guess it refreshed my memory a bit. Next?"

Its a bird! Its a plane! no! its a....golem? NO! it was the KAZEKAGE making a miraculous appearance into the university! While the little ones wouldnt know so much, San noticed it was the main body comming to probably stretch her legs. as she performed a near perfect front roll, San would look around the university, joker style, and begin a small round of applause for the Miyamoto. They really knew how to stick the landings.
San's biosense would pick up on a hightened level of moisture in the kage's hair, as well as endorphins coursing through her body while she had made her grand appearance. her outfit was more...her...instead of the ceremonial robes her clones wore. She musta just came from home. And thats when it hit him...she usually only appeared during A) rouran...nuff said B)during monster of the week day. she was here for pleasure this time???
"Howdy sensei. Indeed, i do know both of those. Why you ask?"
The san clone looked to zel, and demonstrated the front punch version and the dual jumping kick.
"This is called coiled snake and extending rooster. Use your body to make the motion, not the limbs..."
San would then give a thumbs up to Theodin, who seemed to have completed his wind training. What else did the kid need to accomplish??? he seemed to be beating his training into the ground...a real machine like his father...

Zel nodded and went about performing the techniques. In opposite order though, since he knew that the moves could easily flow into each other. First was done from a bended knee position into a a hip thrust into a two front kicks done in quick succession, simple enough. Next was a forward punch done by 'coiling' up the body, then a quick forward motion along with a quick twist of the hips to land a strong punch on his training dummy. Zel saw the flow of movement between the two, he felt that the two went together nicely.
"Well San-sensei, how was that?" Zel grinned proud at how easy progress was for him. (1/1 1/1)

"One of our new recruits took a B-Rank Fuuin scroll. Fuuton sealing, I believe. For some reason, I was notified directly instead of my clone at the Office." Bast adjusted her feet slightly to better balance in her geta and folded her arms. "I figured this warranted some kind of reprisal. Programming him to be afraid of powerful scrolls until he reaches the appropriate rank seemed appropriate, but now I'm wondering if simply talking to him would accomplish the same task."
