 Goosie staggered back, holding a hand to her face and flaring up with DRK. She lifted her head, narrowing her eyes at Evangeline and finding herself sorely tempted to strike the woman back, her fists glowing mistily. 'T-the mistakes with Evijan clearly started before that day.' Goosie finally settled on hissing, almost hoping the woman would attack her again.

Bristan ported back in and almost reeled in shock, seeing what was about to happen. Instinctively he ran forward and grabbed Goosie, porting away with her before Evangeline could be hurt.
