I'm seriously contemplating having Dark start his training over again. It'd be fun.
In case you're wondering why I want to start him over it's because I started playing Gold. I compared it to how I play Diamond/Platinum and realized I don't enjoy the newer ones even half as much as I enjoy Gold.

That way I can enjoy it all over again =D

I started playing crystal, but now im stuck at clair. ugh, stupid dragonair x3 and a Kingdra. but yeah really good.

When you arrive at Goldenrod you're still fighting like lvl 15s... I hope they fix that in the new ones :/

Oh whoops, must've missed that.
And I used a cheap tactic on Clair. Once her Dragonairs all fainted, I sent Lapras in and used Perish Song on Kingdra. Cheap, but effective!

well it doesnt help the fact that i have 2 rock types and a quilava, while all of clair's pokemon know surf. XD. quilava and my sudowoodo can survive one hit from surf, but cant KO in one shot...
Hey Thard, can you ref between me and Memo?
Dark: yeah, that's true. It was fun and easy up till clair. Then her pokemon jumped up to like level 40. ugh, so not fair.

On my new playthrough I'm making sure I have like lvl 25-30s before I even go to battle Whitney. Charmeleon,Wartortle, Ivysaur and Quilava~
