I managed to sort out a dream from a memory the other day though... I was thinking about it, and then suddenly realised that the timeline was completely wrong, so could never have happened. xp It was actually rather important too.

I once had a dream where I was on top of a building, looking for my sister. Then I started crying, and then Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck appeared and then suddenly a staircase appeared and I went down the staircase. And I saw my sister in a bumblebee costume.
