If it's meant to maintain the equilibrium here the way it's name suggests, I'd say that it's still around somewhere functioning in some capacity. Otherwise these fluctuations we've had would have probably torn the entire Nexus apart by now. If it's anywhere it's probably somewhere in the region of Injustice International.

Well. I'm all for breaking and entering, have been since the age of fourteen but we need to have clear objectives this time. We should know what we're either looking for or looking to confirm before stomping in there. Powell told me the building is regenerating, and I want to record that, have some hard data to analyze.
