Yes, Baxter Building was home but we have lost it and started anew before... we'll do it once more.

I'm afraid my expertise have always been biology and the natural sciences. Vanishing matter and temporal shifts were a couple classrooms away.
But I've been paying attention, so maybe I can cook something out wink

Well, that's actually what I meant. Generally people have been looking at these phenomena through the paradigm of quantum physics which you know is relevant to a point but I don't like it as the end all be all. We've got a system being described as having two "hearts" that circulate energy much like a cardiovascular system does and now there's a building that is consuming other buildings and regenerating itself like a living organism. That sounds a lot like biology to me. Gallifreyan biology.
