Ok, so if a guy wanted to create a defensive character who is a shield(Literally and metaphorically) to everyone around him, which village should he be in if he's to be a mute? >.>

The Leux GAHAHA! XDDD That would be amazing. If only, right? XD But then he'd be based on Sound Jutsu, and if anything I'd like to teach him earth styles. :/ Well... I would go with Earth/wind combination. Both are easiest to sense vibrations in/Largest masses on the planet.
