"I am thinking too much..." Cass said with a small laugh, and shrugged. "It is good to know that men can still tell when something is wrong. Good for Tomo and yourself." she said, with a laughing tone. "Lucky Ellie." she said, almost as if a cue.
"Why am I so lucky now?" asked Ellie, as she walked in the door, arms unburdened, and clothing casual. "Hi love, hi Cass." she said, as she walked over to her husband and draped her arms over him from behind where he sat.

Baizou smiled and leaned back into Ellie, "Mm, maybe it is because you are married to a sexy guy like me." He said, sticking his tongue out at her. "What have you been up to?" He asked, tail wagging happily.

"Yeah I know.." she replied, kissing his forehead. "Stuff." was her other answer, as she rubbed at her eyes. It was like being on allergy medication. She was always tired, no matter how much sleep she had gotten. Everything took more effort than it should.

"Tired?" Baizou asked, leaning up to kiss her chin. He put his book down and turned to put his arms around her. He pushed back her bangs and sighed, just happy to hold her.

Baizou shook his head, "No, but I would love to stay with you." He said, kissing her neck. "Go ahead and fall asleep. I will take you up when I go to bed."

Cass was in a simple sun-dress, that was more like a kimono than anything, as she floated down the stairs with a happy tune humming in her head. Hopping up onto the bar top, bum first, she was soon morphed into a glistening blue cat. Flopping to lay down, she licked a paw boredly and watched the room.

Tomo walked downstairs, tapping a newspaper. "Morning, Cass." He said, tossing the paper on the bartop. On the front page was, "Mysterious Shadow Glider Save Day" With a man dressed in black spandex holding a young girl in his arms. "Seems we have a new celebrity in town."

Cass made a sort of shrug, as she looked at it, highly uninterested. "Mrew..." was the bored reply.

Shadow landed quietly behind the Muffin and crept to the well. He jumped down it and hovered just above the water. He cupped his hands and got himself a drink.
Tomo laughed and scratched her head, "Need anything?" He asked, pouring himself some tea.

Cass's nose turned from human to lavender, to black, to electric blue. She hopped down, out of sight, and mewed. Changing to human and jogging towards the kitchen, she called behind her. "Oh, no thanks, I am gonna go for a walk now, bye!" Hurriedly, she exited through the back door, now an interestingly intense hue of red. She was human... Sort of. Her skin was like scales. Like a skin tight suit, and her hair was a cascade of white, as long as her human hair. She stood outside the back door, panting hard, and eyes glittering white.

Shadow flew up from the well and paused, spotting Cass by the wall. He landed by the well and wiped his gloved hand on his suit. "Uh, hi..." He said, stepping forward cautiously. His long black hair was pulled into a clean braid.
