Not that great, to be honest.
You need more gold at the top and more black at the bottom and on the center of your head.

It seems that your balance for the black is a bit off... maybe take of the white items to make room to balance the black?

You've got (kind of) a theme going on with all the black and red, but it's just ruined by all the random junk you've got in there. Not to mention that it's not usually a good idea to have several shades of the same color put in.
Too slow
I don't tend to like single big items unless they're behind the avatar
otherwise, I like it

Well, my suggestion would be to change the shirt to a That 70s White Shirt to warrant the use of black, change the Elemental Wings to the Shade Wings form, trade in the Guitar of Angellus for the Demona and put it on your back, put on some plain black-and-white shoes, put on the first form of some Demonic Anklets, and change the hair to black.
It's actually quite hard to pull off an avatar that uses 3+ colors since all the colors need to be spaced well and quantified evenly.
As it is now, I'd give it between a 5-6.5, mainly for the fact that it's extremely white-heavy, and that's honestly one of the worst "color-heavies" you can have.
