~Hakubi Ryoko~ I'm fastidious enough to do my own spell-checking, rather than rely on a checker - but you do make a good point, Rei. Nonetheless, I'm inclined to turn a blind eye if English isn't his first language. Otherwise, then yes, he should use a spell-checker. hello greenhorn,see here is does tell me whats wrong,but...ohh hey never knew this before apparently rightclicking with this new Firefox gives its opinions on whats right,see I did not know that till just now as I began typing I accidentally right clicked something and there were the options,never saw that. so yeah engrish is my first language,in my youth however school was for sleeping and drawing,so tis a young mes fault that I'm not so good with the making the words come out good. ps:lerve this new firefox.

Engrish?! How the HELL can Engrish be your first language since it comes from Japan?! That's the Japanese butchering of our language by accident.
Signs that say "To exit sit here" or T-shirt that says "What up homie"
That's rather scary if the Japanese incorrect version of English was your first language >.>;

X_Makibi Tenchi_ Masaki Chibi Riku 22 Ya know... if you watch the part in Tenchi OVA ep 13 when Misaki hugs Washu (in the last 10 minutes of the episode), you'll notice Washu says "Huh, she reminds me of someone." I saw that and I was all, "DUDE NO WAY SHE'S TALKING ABOUT MISAKI THE COUNTERACTER!!! xd " Chibi you bloody slacker get on more often i need people to talk to! What can I say? I'm a busy man... Okay I lied! I sit in front of my computer waiting for somebody to type something! crying JK I've been working on a bunch of school crap and juggling my animarathon at the same time >.<

I'm far from being a greenhorn, having been in "Tenchi"-related websites since years ago, but never mind smile
And I meant spellcheckers like in Word, not Firefox, which I also use (have to keep viruses at bay, and 90% of those are aimed at Microsoft products).
I'm with Rei about "Engrish" though rofl
And yes, I know you're being silly with that. Let's just all be silly together, OK? wink

Actually the newest form of FireFox has a spell checker similar to that of Microsoft Word. Although I'm not sure if the stuff you add to the FireFox dictionary lasts after you restart and other stuff....

by greenhorn I was referring to here at this Tenchi guild.
Firefox allows me to correct my spelling while I'm typing,for the time being I am willing to put no more effort into it then that sorry spelling Nazi's out their biggrin
no thats a lie,I'm actually not sorry.
but yeah this thing rocks,just right click the bad word and it has a list of what it thinks may be right,so far it has int failed me,that I know of anyhow.

Yeah "int" isn't a word, it's actually shorthand in RPGs for Intelligence, the Mind Stat, that which your offensive and many times defensive magical powers come from ^^;
Btw...why are mages so disgustingly powerful in Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth? You just boost up their int x30 and BAM! I can do more damage with my mage with a "hit all enemies" spell, then my sword guy can do against a single enemy! He's just like "Why do I suck so hard?" "You get to attack a lot more often and you get tons of HP" "Oh yeah."
Then again I've boosted my Valkyrie's levels up quite a bit....gave her the bow that gives Holy Damage and lets her attack 3x and she's become disgustingly powerful as well. She's like...2nd most powerful char I have currently. Except she attacks a lot more often then my mage, has more hps, and gets to counter attack a lot twisted

In any case, if it does use a spellchecker (I never bother, since I like to do my own checking), I don't think the guy above is using it. Otherwise, the dictionary's creator would be looking for a new job.
Anyway, let's not argue about spelling - but it'd be nice if that guy made his posts easier to read. That's all.
We might as well change the topic, if that's the reaction we get...
Since you seem to know about RPGs, Rei, which ones are your favourites? smile

just who and what were you refering to then?
and yes spelling nazi,downing someone of there english is not respectable in any way,and is no couse to make any kind of sport or judgement of anyone,so I beleave yes being overcritical about something meaningless is a personaly offending thing to me,and I'll not see it as anything other then rudness.
now I relise that it may mean something to you,thats english is so important to you,but I'm,well not you,however in that case I think no less of someone,I have my peaves also and can understand.

essentualy weather folks mean to make sport of me or belittle me into changing,it simply remains that I will not,unless I for some reason someday decide to put effort into that,for the time being,right click spell checker and thats where my concern for it ends.

not all jumping up and down self richousy so plese dont anyone try to play some "oh you got all angry and attacking" type thing,I been here long eneugh to know some folks will try things like that when they feel Iv done a bad thing.
